Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 餐厅服务质量差 酒店整体一般,停车场拥挤,感觉杂乱。 前台服务质量好,待客如宾,温暖。礼宾服务及时周到。二楼中餐厅,菜品和服务都合格。 唯独底楼的大堂餐厅,服务员态度恶劣,没有调查询问,直接指责是我的理解错误,简直蛮不讲理,这样的酒店服务,我真是头一次碰到!!! 我:小妹,我点了“意式蔬菜汤”,但是给我上的是���宋汤,是不是搞错了? 服务员:没错,我们的蔬菜汤就是这样的 我:这分明就是罗宋汤嘛,意式蔬菜汤我也用过,不该是这样的,加了番茄酱,酸酸的 服务员:我们大厨说了,这就是蔬菜汤,我们酒店的都是这样的。 我:好吧,能不能给我换一个不要番茄酱的汤呢? 服务员:(转身走了) 找了个领班,再次重申我不要这种他们酒店的蔬菜汤,领班交待另一个服务员换了个粟米羹,阴差阳错,再一次上错了,于是那个蛮狠的丫头又来呛我。 我:这次应该是粟米羹,但是这是海鲜羹,又错了。(很无奈,人总会犯错) 服务员:这就是粟米羹!(声音很大,以指责的语气说,潜台词是我在胡搅蛮缠) 我:你说什么?什么态度?(尽量压着火,已经没有心情晚餐了) 服务员:我们的粟米羹就是这样的,是个人理解不同! 我:把你们领班叫来!(考虑到周边其他客人,压下了怒火,没有继续和她纠缠) 还是那个领班,查看了菜品后,承认是搞错了。 这个酒店,堪称世界假日酒店之最了!!!!!!
