There are not many full service Holiday Inns left as you travel. After a long day of driving, we always try to stay somewhere with an attached restaurant.
If there was something they should change it is the breakfast program. Most hotels now have a breakfast program, those with a "real" restaurant usually have vouchers for breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room but not impressed with front desk staff. No breakfast in the morning included and on-site restaurant not open for breakfast. I did eat dinner there and the food was good.

Was not recognized for rewards upon entry. There was not enough water pressure to turn shower on, so could not bath. No continental breakfast for guests. When reported water pressure, no reduction in price or points were offered. Poor stay all around.

From the get go the stay was a pleasant experience. The manager went out of his way to accommodate our rates. and during check in I left a laptop bag at the front desk and the concierge got it back to me before I even noticed I had forgotten it.
Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Mouse in my room on my final evening; front desk attendant that I spoke to as I checked out said that he would be talking to the manager about a possible discount because of this. As of this date I have not heard from the manager and will not be coming back to this hotel nor referring it to my coworkers, friends or family.

We were very underwhelmed by our stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms seemed very cramped and featureless. The hotel says they are pet friendly, but there aren't any areas to take pets to do their business or any garbage cans outside the hotel to use to dispose of said "business" once they are done. We had breakfast included in our rate, but it was not as good as the free breakfast we receive at other IHG hotels. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Everything convenient right on site.
Friendly and helpful staff; great location connected to good restaurant and with fine whirlpool/pool/exercise areas. Even has a cozy gathering space with big-screen TV and fireplace overlooking pool area. Cookies at front desk part of good hospitality! I will return to this spot!
