Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful location, comfortable stay I am thrilled we were able to have our pet stay with us and for just a small fee. The room is designated for pets to stay but you would not know it by how clean it looked and smelled. The room we stayed in was very spacious. We stayed for a week and never felt cramped. The bed is massive and quite comfortable. We checked for bugs like we do everywhere we stay and the mattress was super clean. There was a little deck which is nice to have to enjoy some of the excellent views. The door to the deck locked secure with two types of locks so we felt very safe during our stay. We swim for exercise and we were so happy to find that the pool is heated year round. Our stay was in mid January and were quite comfortable in the pool early in the morning. The spa was always warm and ready for relaxing. I liked the big hammocks too. I am a big breakfast person and this hotel made me very satisfied. I ate a huge breakfast every morning which kept me going through out most of the day. The food changed slightly every day so I never got bored eating there for 7 mornings. The staff were so friendly too. They would drop what they were doing to help me get in the door when I was carrying breakfast and juice for my husband. I will be staying here again and I recommend it to anyone. For this price, the service, space, amenities and location, it can not be beat! February 8, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Shower not hot/Squeaky floor from upstairs room Overall a great hotel and location--by why on earth would a hotel reduce the shower temperature to just 1 or 2 degrees over "warm"? I need a hot shower, especially when it's cold out. This shower was just a tad above lukewarm. It makes me rethink another stay at this location. I called and attempted to find out what the water temperature setting is and the front desk could not come up with an answer. A HOT SHOWER is important to a comfortable stay. Also the upstairs guests arrived around 1:00 A.M. and continued to walk the length of their room for at least 2 hours. This is their priority, but my question to you is why are the floors so poorly reinforced that they squeak at every support beam? Any way, over all we enjoyed the location and breakfast area, especially the fireplace because at least it was HOT. February 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff and very comfortable room. We only stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever possible because of the excellent staff and comfortable rooms. We have been traveling across the United States west to east and only stay at the Holiday Inns along the way whenever possible because we always have clean rooms and the staff is always helpful, efficiant and professional. We enjoy the clean breakfast area and the variety of food to choose from. You all do a great job and we appreciate your attention to comfort and detail. January 31, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable but needs a few refinements. The stay was clean and in a nice area. The staff seemed to be a bit distant talking face to face. I would stay here again if a few things were refined a bit. We had no hot water, the hot tub was closed a bit too early for our taste, and the sliding glass doors inside the rooms are not air tight. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by a re=do of an old hotel that has not changed the fact it is just a re-do The front desk girl who refused to assist me in looking up my membership was the first encounter with this hotel and continued throughout my stay ending with the front desk url requiring me to show my membership card by driving to the front desk them telling me I could have given her the information over the phone! I am disabled and this took a lot of effort for me as well as increased my pain..for no good reason..front desk staff needs some serious attitude changing and training January 25, 2016
