Fiona (front desk) especially as well as all staff members were so understanding and kind to me. Just am all round good place to stay with great people. “You made my stay Fiona thanks for going out of your way to accommodate my situation” first class.

We are U.S. citizens living in Scotland. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express at the Glasgow Airport whenever we fly back to the states. We have never had any problems. We enjoy our stays there.

Easy check in and friendly cleaning staff. Breakfast was on til 10 am but I didn’t arrive til 2:30am and so it would be nice if breakfast could have been on til 11am

The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Room was as expected for a modern holiday inn express clean and functional, breakfast was on earlier than expected which was unexpected and very welcome, although first thing only a continental breakfast was available.
Parking was plentiful and reasonable for the night.
Overall well Done and I will be delighted to stay again

Had a great stay, lovely bright, modern spotlessly clean room, very comfortable bed, staff where superb. Will defiantly stay again.

Fabulous welcome at 1.30am! Lovely room such a comfy bed, nice coffee etc Lovely breakfast amazing value for money will definitely recommend and be back

Great overnight before an early morning flight. Took the stress out of driving to the airport 1st thing during rush hour.
After a good sleep, got ready had a lovely breakfast and walked over to the terminal totally sress free.

Usual High Quality HIE experience versus pricepoint. Only downside no Park-and-Stay option as was available in the past. Staff really make the difference at this hotel, even when having to disappoint you !

Booked the hotel ten days or so in advance, regular Holiday Inn guest.
Standard request is for a high floor room for quietness, no preference as to proximity to lift.
On arrival (late afternoon) I was allocated an accessible room with all the usual disabled person facilities. Asked at reception for a room switch, receptionist said that there were no rooms available, and definitely non that were "accessible" Explained I didn't need such a room, totally disinterested.
Walk in shower with seat, panic cords all over the place, not something I'm used to yet.
At a time when the hospitality industry is begging for custom, felt a bit hard done to by the attitude of the receptionist for this two night stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location for me as I was working in and around the Glasgow/Falkirk area and I hate changing hotels every night.
Car park is charged at EIGHT POUNDS a day (4 if you are a IHG member) but its a good size and as secure as these things get.
Room is ok, very effective triple glazing so the plane and motorway noise isn't an issue. The noise from the screaming kids is an issue but thats hotels for you. The rooms have the stupid little triangle table things instead of a desk so not ideal if you have a lot of work to do in the room. USB power points next to the bed.
Pretty limited choice for breakfast compared to other HI Expresses I have stayed in (sausage, bacon beans and egg) but its "ok" Evening meals are again the standard HIE menu with a very limited choice on mondays for some reason. Costs are high for the amount and quality of the food.
Staff are a mixed bag, most of them are great, some are very inexperienced and would have messed up my bill if I hadn't been paying attention and some seem to treat customers as a chore.
Would I stay again? Yes. In fact I am here now and have booked it again. It suits my needs and is good value.

Was very good value for money however the staff were terrible and really detracted from the stay. Which is unlike asny other IHG hotel Ihave stayed at where its ususally great staff
