Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to parks. Comfortable beds

Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel was walking distance to both parks. Staff was friendly and we were also able to purchase our tickets at the front desk so there was no waiting in line for them. Had a great breakfast selection as well. Our room faced the freeway so we could hear road noise however the room had a sound machine that helped drown it out . Awesome stay at a great price. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Disney visit!

Worse Experience I've Ever Had with a Hotel

Checked in for our family trip to Disneyland. Entered our room and it smelled like stinky feet (rotten moldy smell and stuffy like a locker room). It was late and the Fan/AC unit wasn't on and room was 80 degrees. We were tired so I fiddled with the thermostat for about 30 minutes while the family went to bed trying to get some fresh and cool air to circulate. No luck. Nothing worked. Spent a very uncomfortable night in a hot smelly room. Next morning early after a fairly sleepless night we left for Disneyland but stopped at front desk to tell them about room condition. They apologized and promised to fix it. End of day when we came back to room it was still warm (about 78 degrees) and only the fan was on. Turned the cool air on and off a few times before it finally came on. Room cooled down that night to around 75 degrees so tolerable. On our third and final night I stopped by front desk to let them know I would be leaving early to catch a flight (room was in my name and credit card) but that my family would still be in the room until about 9 am. Asked what our final bill would be. Was quoted a price over $200 LESS then what I was originally quoted. Asked if that included tonight (that night), Desk person (Victor?) said "yes". Asked if the hotel had comped our first night since the A/C was broken. He said no. He said we were being rewarded for sticking with them and not cancelling so we were given a much lower rate for our stay. I was confused. He told us that because of the Coronavirus and Disneyland closing they had tons of cancellations and they did not have a single check in for that day. I was incredibly happy to learn that we had just saved over $200 on our vacation and thanked him several times. Took the family to an expensive dinner that night since we now had an extra $200 in our vacation budget to spend. Next morning I get the bill and it's the original price (over $200 more then what they quoted me the previous night). They weren't apologetic, didn't care, blamed Victor, and said they would have management call me. Talked to 2 more individuals on the phone later that day, one of them identified them self as the operations manager. both were short, acted as if I was lying, told me sorry but there was nothing I could do about it, acted as if the hot smelly room was normal, and then in the end offered to wave $70 from our valet parking bill (you can not self park at this property, only valet park - no other option). Told the manager I wanted to talk with her boss. She said she wasn't in until Tuesday and that she'd call Tuesday. It's now Wednesday night, no call, and the $70 fee for valet parking was never waived like they promised. I realize that they were all likely under some pressure with the closure of Disneyland and loss of business. I assume that is why the customer service/treatment I received was the WORSE I've ever gotten from any Hotel. I have sworn off ever staying a a Holiday Inn and will instruct my company (I am a CEO of a company with over 570 employees that does a lot of domestic travel) to not book business travel stays at any Holiday Inn. There are plenty of other options.

Big Disneyland trip

This was my fifth time staying at this property and was again completely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities one would expect. For the area right off Disneyland, I have yet to see any other spot with an equal value. The breakfast is plentiful and makes easy snacks for the park, the walk is safe and quick, and as a good neighbor hotel, you can buy your tickets right at the front desk if needed. This is my go to spot for Disneyland.

Great stay! Very close to the park and only a 13 minute walk. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I had no issues with my stay what so ever. One thing I would like to see if having Mickey and minnie mouse on the bed when you arrive like they advertise in their photos.

We booked this hotel due to the proximity to Disneyland and the free breakfast with our 3 teenagers. To say the least we were very pleased with the overall experience of this hotel. They staff was great in all aspects and very helpful when needed.
