Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for business and pleasure Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlington was the most pleasant family visit we've had. Our suite had a door between the sleeping and lounging areas which made it perfect for me to work while my family slept or for me to sleep while my family watched tv. Every member of the staff treated us as if we were honored guests in their home. Great property! January 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EOY 2014 Stay at HIE Burlington, IA Love the staff, the hotel, and the ease of accessing this location when visiting family in Iowa. The HIE rewards club is amazing and its recognized wherever we travel (and we've done a lot of that lately and stayed at a lot of HIE's around the country - more to come, too). Only problem we've ever encountered and most likely not the local hotel's issue, but probably policy on HIE as a whole, is just the sleeper sofa in the King room suites - when additional family members join us we sometimes need the sleeper sofa and turns out its definitely the most uncomfortabale part of the room (and one of the most important). Great as a sofa, needs work as a guest bed. January 5, 2015
