The welcome coffee and sweet rice balls taste good! The staffs are friendly and hospitable. But I feels a little bit cold in the room, the air-conditioner cannot operate to the set temperature.

I have been travelled many places and this hotel is the best of my stays so far. Excellent customer service, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Easy to find location and close to the supermarket.

长期在国内出差,所以经常会入住洲际旗下的各类酒店。之前在上海长宁区长期住在那边新开的一家智选假日,感觉还不错。而且通过携程预订后,来了酒店可以洲际会员积分,还能退房时开发票。
结果这次到重庆,办理入住时我说请帮我算到积分账户上,说不能办。从实习生,到工作人员到前台经理换了3个人,没有一个态度好的,上来就是一句你是第三方订的,不能积分。退房时需要开具发票,又是同样的态度说不行。后来我直接找到了酒店经理,反映情况。经理给了我合理的解释,说是酒店性质不同,新开的酒店可能会有类似服务,但他们这家确实没有。不管怎么样,我只希望前台工作人员在解释时应该做到让对方听的进去能接受,而不是简单粗暴的回答说不行,却又不告诉客人为什么不行。
