I had no problems with my stay at Holiday Inn Express - Ft Jackson.
Roland, at the front desk, did an excellent job of making me feel like a valued guest.
The room was nicely appointed and clean, The bed was very comfortable, I slept well, The bathroom was clean and the shower had very good water pressure.
The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Upon walking into the room for the first time you're immediately hit with the feeling of comfort. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable; giving you ample room to relax in. Everything was immaculately cleaned and up to date also.

Did not enjoy my time at this hotel. The room had a Broken jacuzzi tub had and had maintenance to look at it and said 2 days to fix we had to ask to be moved instead of being offered to be moved. The food choices were not that great and the coffee sucked. Would like to see more NON Dairy creamer instead of liquid creramer.

Nice, updated, clean facility. I had two rooms during my reservation. The mattress I had was terrible. I could feel the springs while I slept which kept me waking at night to change positions. Not happy that the hotel did not honor a discount that was owed to me. When making my reservation they offered me a $50 gas card to take a higher priced room. I then called this location to discuss this further. The person on the phone said they don't do this particular program, but would give me $50 off my bill per room. Upon checkout they did not honor this even though it was notated on my account and they read it to me. The staff said they couldn't do anything to change the bill and that I will have to call the 1-800 number. Not happy about being given the run around.
