The park sits on 1,720 acres and hosts many activities from swimming in a Olympic sized swimming pool and paddle boating to hiking, biking, camping, and picnicking. The Crab Orchard stone bridge and dam are recognized as the park's besk known landmark.

The Catossa Wildlife Management Area is the largest tract of land administered and owned by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Consisting of approximately 79,700 acres in Cumberland, Morgan and Fentress counties, this vast region is located 20 miles north of Crossville and streches east across the Cumberland Plateau and into the Cumberland Mountains.

Homestead Tower houses a collection of photos, documents and artiacts from the 1930's and 1940'sj. The Homesteads Tower was built in 1937-38. It is hoped that visitors to the museum will gain a better understanding of the times and the people who make up the Homestead Community. The newly restored Crabtree House, an original Homestead home, reflects home lif during that era.

Stonehaus Winery features "World Class Wines" from the classic Chardonnay to the fruity Muscadine. The tasting bar offers visitors the opportunity to sample the fine wines produced at the winery and winery tours are available. They have a wide selection of gifts and gift baskets for all occasions and a large variety of domestic and imported cheeses and gourmet deli.

Lake Tansi Village Resort boasts one of the top-rated courses in the state. The 18-hole simi-private course plays host to several official Tennessee PGA section events. The short, narrow fairways and undulating greens require percision on all shots. The many water hazards, sand bunkers, thick rough, and encroaching trees create a demanding round for the scratch golfer. Yet, the high handicapper will truly enjoy the layout as well.

Bumper baats and a large game room are also very popular attractions at Pirates Plateau. Pirates Plateau is entertaining the whole family.
