A 135-acre park preserving the natural and cultural heritage of southeast Alabama's Wiregrass Region. Drift back in time in a Victorian gazebo, schoolhouse, drugstore and soda fountain, country store or church. Experience nature on an elevated boardwalk, nature trails, interpretive center, planetarium.wildlife exhibits and have a picnic in our picnic area.

The Dothan Area Botanical Gardens, consists of 50 acres of cultivated gardens, nature trails and undeveloped, wooded landscape in southeast Alabama. The DABG seeks to preserve the native plants of the area in an attractive balance with traditional botanical garden elements. Stroll the gardens, enjoy a traditional Koi pond, picnic on the grounds or enjoy annual events.

Sports Complex featuring award winning Softball and Baseball Fields, Miracle Park, Westgate Tennis Center, Little League Baseball Fields, BMX Racing Track, Soccer fields, 3 mile fitness walking/running and biking trails, playground, Indoor pool and gymnasium. Water World water park is open to the public beginning Memorial Day until Labor Day. Water World features a water slide, wave pool, kiddie pool and the Great White ride.
