The staff was ALWAYS very pleasant and seem to always go the distance to help us. Due to a death in my family we were physically & emotionally drained. The room was clean, updated, comfortable and very quite. The breakfast service was one of the best I've had in couple years. Updated to meet ALL my tech needs as well a big plus for me.

The room was ready when we arrived early and able to check in very promptly. The room was very clean and cool. The stay was very nice, Thanks a million.

Place was great.....you can always count on HI for a great night's sleep. Only drawback was this HI was in the middle of remodeling, so things were not quite normal....but the service and beds which is why we were there, and they didn't disappoint! If traveling with dogs as we did, this is a perfect place.

I'll start by saying the hotel was being renovated so my expectations weren't very high. The evening staff person was very nice and welcomed us with a cheerful smile. The morning receptionist was less cheerful and did not respond to my comment regarding the lack of breakfast food.
The room was nice and we were upgraded to a King suite due to our IHG status. However, we discovered severe mold in the shower early the next morning. Nothing like taking a shower with a large brown fuzzy slime in the corner of the shower.
We left our room at about 9:00 and expected to eat breakfast at the hotel but the supplies were exceptionally low (no coffee, eggs, fruit or OJ) so we headed to the local McDonalds before we left town. As we left I informed the front desk clerk of the problem and was met with no response (he didn't even get up from his computer at a make-shift desk.
Dyersburg is a good place to stop for us returning home to Texas so we're in great hopes that the level of service quality improves once the renovation is complete.

The hotel is in the middle of being upgraded. It is a good hotel. I really like the changes they have made. It is the best hotel in Dyersburg.

Dog friendly, spacious and clean room topped off with a staff that is welcoming with excellent customer service. Could not ask for anything more.
