Rosedale Rapids Aquatic Center is open during the summer months and has something for kids and adults of all ages. This state of the art water park features 2 raft slides,a family slide, a plunge slide, a swirl bowl slide, a relaxing lazy river, a large youth recreation pool with dumping buckets, 30 water features, wave generator and diving boards.

Family fun entertainment center for kids & adults. Featuring various attractions including roller skating rink, bumper boats, laser tag, mini bowling, water canons, go carts, miniature golf & a state of the art arcade. Fort Frenzy has party rooms, small area for younger children and a restaurant on property.

Family run orchard that produces apples and pumpkins. Includes a baker, cafe, retail shop and play area call the Back 40. Store has over 20 variety of apples, home decor, seasonal items, and unique Iowa food products. Playground has tire mountain, slides, jumping pillow, animal area, train, pedal cars, and corn maze.

Vineyard and winery with tasting room open every weekend. Live music every Friday. Patrons are able to sample any and all of the wines, complimentary as hosts tell them about the grape selection, production methods, and what makes each wine unique.

The Blanden Art Museum that features both permanent and rotating exhibits along with art education classes and special events throughout the year. Admission is free, and the museum is open Tuesday through Saturday. On permanent display is a collection of modern American & European paintings, African sculptures, 16th to 20th century glass work, and Japanese prints.

Shiny Top Brewing offered their guests a friendly atmosphere, local beer, and live music. A local talent performs at the facility every Thursday evening. Along with great music, the taproom displays art as well. The Fort Dodge Fine Arts Association had partnered with Shiny Top to display local artwork.

This recreation area offers 400 acres of park land. Within the park Badger Lake provides guests 53 acres of space to fish, canoe and boat (no gas motors). Guests use the park to primarily camp, picnic, hike and golf at Lakeside Municipal Gold Course.

An Australian artist, Guido van Helten hand painted a 110 foot Grain Silo Mural. The mural depicts Fort Dodge locals who continue to influence the industrial and cultural fabric of the community.

the studio allows guests to create fused glass, pottery, ceramics, canvas art and more. You are welcome to start with a class or create on your own. The facility allows for private parties to be held, for all ages and occasions.
