The only critique I would have would be that it took an excessive amount of time to check in and check out. Upon check in, there was only one staff member at the desk and a line of at least 6 parties. When checking out, nobody was at the front desk for at least 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly, it just seemed as though the attentiveness of the front desk was lacking. Overall though, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others traveling in this area. The shower pressure was just right, plenty of hot water, the restroom and guest room were clean, and the breakfast was so good! April 20, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room 101 April 9th Do Not... I repeat... Do Not stay in room 101! 2 reasons... 1. the bed shares a wall with the exit door.... which SLAMS ALL NIGHT!!! Seriously... SLAMS! 2. it has a leak and carpet by the window is wet! When we arrived and checked in the gentleman at front desk was kind and friendly. We went to room, I got my kids in the shower and started to unpack when I realized the floor by the TV was wet. (I'm assuming from fridge or air unit) Not wanting to change rooms because it was late, I went to front desk to get towels to put down. When I walked up the kind gentleman said "I know you are coming to complain about the door, I'm about to put a "Do Not Use" sign on it. I explained the door was loud, but I needed towels. Well, all night the door slammed. The next morning my husband went to address the door with the front desk and the kind lady said "I can't imagine sleeping in that room, the door makes me jump up here every time it shuts." I can't imagine we are the only ones that have had issues, so I don't know why it hasn't been fixed. Other than those 2 issues, stay was fine! April 13, 2016

This was a great hotel, Clean and comfortable:) I wish they had garden tubs but other than wanting to relax after a long day of work in a bath , I have no complaints :) April 6, 2016
