Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed First room had a lot of different hair between the bed sheets, and the second room smelled of mildew and the toilet was filthy. Third room was okay, but had a ring in the bathtub. Unfortunately, by then it was 2 am, so we stayed in the room anyway. August 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great visit! When we arrived, we were greeted by Janet . ,who not only checked us in quickly,accurately, but full of hospitality. There were delicious wings, taco salad, beverages waiting for us to enjoy. She answered our questions, gave directions accurately, and made us very comfortable--even prior to going to our room. The fitness center had a weight machine, but one of the bolts to ajust the height of the machine was stripped out and you could not lock the height into place. Business center is usually very good, but this time there ws a problem with the printer. The pet fee is outrageously high. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges $25 per night for a pet fee!!! if there was another pet friendly hotel nearby to my work location, I would not use this hotel. August 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by an 'OK' place...stayed at better HI Express Not a bad place...the management is great...but some of the 'follow throughs' on details not very well thought out. Breakfast area needs to be redesigned...everyone wants what's in the corner, and empties quickly, but staff can't even get in to refill since it's so tight. August 19, 2015
