RCR Racing Museum, home of #3 Dale Earnhardt - The Intimidator, the Bob Timberlake Gallery, The Candy Factory, Childress Vineyards, Boones Cave, Lanier Hardware - one of the oldest true hardware stores in the US and Denton Farm Park where the yearly Southeastern Thresher’s Reunion is held every July. Also a stroll through Uptown Lexington and experience the food, antiques antique stores we offer.

Take a stroll through uptown Lexington, home to over 100 shops, restaurants and local businesses, including The Candy Factory, Cafe 35, Lanier Hardware and numerous antique stores. This lively business district is 2 miles from our Lexington, NC hotel. At night, High Rock Outfitters and Sofia's Wine Bar are musts to visit for a relaxing drink.

Spend your afternoon walking though Uptown Lexington, enjoying our quaint town and unique shops. Then when in Lexington do as the locals do - eat Lexington style barbecue at any of the 20 plus barbecue restaurants. After your meal you can visit one of the 5 local vineyards who produce a wide variety of sweet and dry wines.
