This hotel had beautiful rooms and common areas.
The only problems being that the beds are super hard. I had trouble sleeping due to this.
Also, room service through out important work documents that I had in the room. One being a receipt (that was on top of me laptop) that I needed for reimbursement for my job ( I am now out 100$) as well as my co-workers credit card!!
When it came to the credit card the manager did provide great service to search through the dumpster to retrieve it... but it never should have happened.
I will make sure everything is in my brief case next week

Very nice, new property. Rooms and common areas have very good decorum. Would definitely come back for a stay here. Keep up the good work.

Never metioned by staff that I was Platium. I told the staff and they said we do not have room for a upgrade. I told them I was going to be their for three days if one became available I would like to upgrade then had to ask for a bottle of water. Second day I asked for a bottle of water they asked for my room number and when I saw my bill at checkout that had charged me two dollars. No USA newspaper for two days Ask MGR. he did not know why.
He said he would find out never heard from him.Never received upgrade.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property in the past year. On this occasion, we reserved a queen suite that included a sofa sleeper. The sofabed had no bedding on it, and was unusable. The room key cards were balky, and we had to have all 3 of them recoded.

There was no shower curtain in the bath and only one luggage cart available in the hotel. Otherwise stay at hotel was good.

This is a new hotel which makes amenities nice. I have stayed three times in past month. Front desk staff Kim and Ashton are great! Location worked for me and easy to find good eating within 5-10 minutes.
The bed was a little hard/stiff for me. My last visit room was not cleaned well...I had new clean bedding & towels but the tub was dirty and debris left on counter from previous guest including make up products and ice bucket full of water/used cups. You can hear traffic outside of hotel easily if a light sleeper.
I stay in HI Hotels weekly as a business traveler. I negotiate with each hotel a corporate rate for both myself and mgmt team. On my first visit spoke with Tony (Hotel Mgr) and quoted a rate. On my second visit I saw Tony reminded him of this and was told it would be adjusted and I would get a email. I just completed my third visit and was told by staff Tony is no longer there and quoted a new Rate (substantially higher than I pay at any HI in the state).
Overall hotel is not bad and maybe a management change will improve things. But this Priority Club member leaves disappointed and feeling like my concerns were not addressed.

Such a wonderful experience due to a great staff, clean and well kept and easy to get around. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. There was a lot of us staying for several days for a wedding in the area and Holiday Inn Express made us feel at home. Would go back in a heartbeat!!
