Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk follies Personnel at the front desk seemed very confused and almost like it was their first workday, and they hadn't had any training. There were 2 people ahead of me, they were together, and each was being 'helped' by one of the two reps. There was an actual staff member clearing tables, checking on guests, and keeping everything fresh and restocked at breakfast. There was good variety and even kosher offerings available. This is a great improvement over many hotels I have stayed at that offer a breakfast bar of some sort. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the hotel is modern. The toiletries are of average quality, and the room should have been more thoroughly cleaned before I checked in, but the bed was comfortable, the linens plentiful, and the internet fast and reliable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay At Holiday Inn Express It was a great stay. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Only thing I would recommend is that the inside hot tub be resurfaced. It was clean but looked creepy. It was very comfortable though. The outside one was too HOT the first night we were there. We felt cooked when we got out. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Such Good Customer Service I have stayed at this hotel several times now and each time, my experience is mediocre at best. This last stay, however, was the final straw. The front desk gave terrible customer service, over charged a room, and would not help correct a mistake. All mistakes are correctable, the staff was just unwilling. Even the manager would not correct the mistake. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will stay at a hotel that values my loyalty. If you decide to stay anyways, don't make a mistake with your reservation because they will not fix it. They will charge you anyways and keep the money. Doesn't matter how loyal you are.
