Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in Natches! The staff was very friendly which matched the southern charm of the area. The location is convenient for touring the antebellum houses in the area and the Natchez casinos. Just a quick word of advice... keep your car parked at the hotel and use the casino shuttle services to avoid the parking nightmare at the casinos! February 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great new Hotel but poor house keeping staff. Hotel was great, new and clean. Breakfast was OK but pretty average. The problem was at 8:40 am the cleaning staff started knocking on the door to clean it I guess. I had it locked on the inside do I did no bother to answer it. Twenty minutes later the cleaning knocked again. We were up late and wanted to sleep in but the staff just wanted to clean or wake us up so we would leave earlier. I did express anger the second time she knocked. I later expressed my disappointment in the untimely wake up call. They did offer a late check out but that would not have helped because we wanted to get back on the road anyway. I am a seasoned traveler and this has happened a few times. It is poor management. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip I needed a safe, comfortable place to stay while in town for a conference. This hotel fit the bill. The bed was harder than I prefer but that was the only negative feature. The manager's reception in the evening was very much appreciated, and having more than just fruit as healthy eating options for breakfast was also a plus. February 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Cleanest rooms in Natchez The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am from Natchez originally and it has been a struggle over the past few years finding a hotel with truly clean rooms. So far, the few times I have stayed here, the rooms have been nice and clean. I truly hope that they can continue to keep a good staff and can keep the hotel in nice shape for years to come and I will continue staying here each time I visit. February 12, 2015
