This is a wonderful historic building, erected in 1878 it once housed the Bexar County Jail. All rooms are a little different configuration, but feature high ceilings and tall windows. Because of the thick limestone walls, the rooms are very quite in this urban setting. Close to many of the historic attractions, guests can walk to the Mexican Market Square, The Spanish Govenor's Palace and Main Plaza. The Riverwalk is just four blocks east of the hotel and the Alamo another 6 blocks east. Even though we are a historic building, we offer all the modern conveniences, microwave and refrigerator, flat screen T.V. and wireless internet are available in every room.
