The property has convenient on and off access from the Interstate. I have stayed here before and returned because of the comfortable accomodations, cleanliness, and value. May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pool and Hot Tub Area We were very comfortable and pleasant with everything at the Holiday Express with the exception of the pool and hot tub. Both needed to be cleaned,especially, the hot tub. It has green and brown residue indicates it has not be cleaned in awhile. Takes more the chemicals. Needs some elbow grease. April 27, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience I thought the room was clean but that's my only positive. The breakfast was just okay. The elevator was broken so had to climb 3 flights of stairs after a relaxing time at the Springs so it ruined our relaxation. I also asked the front desk about extended check out (for IHG members) in which they said they wouldn't accommodate. Then the worst part and which prompted this review is getting scolded by my boss because the hotel charged my business card after I spent the time and told the person checking us in that I wanted them to charge a different card to make sure that I wouldn't have this issue. I hope they make it right. April 15, 2016
