Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Falling Apart Building We will not be returning to that location again because of how shabby the hotel was. The toilet paper role holder was falling off the wall. The tub's stopper would not stay up for a shower so we had to take it out which was concerning with my daughter's little feet. The caulking looked thrown on and was very messy. I absolutely hated that the light in the bathroom was either a really dim light connected to the fan or a very bright light connected to the fan. Neither fixture was finished. Either one was a bad choice as a night light for sleeping kids. The shower rod was slanted and made it impossible to actually have the curtain go all the way across. It appeared to be unscrewing from the wall. In the hallway, there was an empty box and rag just sitting in the hallway all evening. The elevator was extremely slow also. July 2, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by surprised in watsonville The shower water pressure and shower head were excellant!. The bath and body works supplies were perfect. The breakfast room was wonderful with its free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and pleasant. I travel and stay at the starwood properties a lot- the only drawback to this experience was the beds were not "heavenly beds". I would like a more comfortable bed- it was adequate. June 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place but failed to sign me up for their rewards club This was a nice place to stay in a nice area of Watsonville. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. Easy access to Santa Cruz, Aptos, and Capitola areas. Conveniently located near a gas station, food, and a large super market. Only unfortunate part was that we had asked to become Reward Club members and they were not able to accomodate our request. June 22, 2014
