Don't Go Home Without
Just down the road from our hotel, the White House Municipal Park is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon. This large area has two tennis courts, a soccer field, six baseball fields, a football stadium and a nature trail, so the options are plentiful.
During your visit to White House, be sure to spend some time exploring the Greenway. This peaceful, 3.5-mile path offers beautiful scenic hiking, cycling or rollerblading along wooded areas and flood plains that follow the Honey Run Creek.
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, just 22 miles south of our hotel in White House, offers fun for the whole family with exhibits showcasing personal pieces from the legends of country music. We also recommend visiting Opry Land Gaylord Hotel, its always a wonderful experience. Broadway offers a variety of local Honkey Tonks featuring local musicians and upcoming artist.
Dress warmly in the winter as the temperatures average in the low 40s. Summer temperatures, however, often stay in the high 70s to 80s, sometimes even hitting the 90s. Be sure to check the forecast, so you can be prepared.
