1-. La atención del personal fue X
2.- La Habitación al entrar se percibía muy mala higiene
3.- El piso se sentía arenoso.
4.- Las sábanas de la cama se sentían rasposas sin olor a limpio y de lo mismo rasposo se sentía como si algo estuviera picando.
5.- La carta de bienvenida era a nombre de Mayra y mi nombre es Ricardo y la carta estaba sucia.
6.- La refrigeración no enfriaba y se le habló a recepción para que se verificara y nunca llegaron.
La Habitación fue la 1 del piso 11.

The crew member from the restaurant was amazing,the pool,the view and the food was perfect,
one of the main problems in this hotel is parking.

Desde la llegada para hacer el check in, el muchacho Marcos fue el que me ayudó con todo. Siempre muy amable. Me explico todo muy bien. Y yo con muchas preguntas. :D Pero toda mi estancia fue perfect!! La señorita que fue la que siempre me atendió en el almuerzo también muchas gracias! <3 Desafortunadamente no me su nombre de ella. Pero por seguro que regresaré. Muchas gracias por todo!

Spend time just to relax, we enjoyed the view or landscape, swimming in the pool and walk on the sand just downstairs. Everything is near like souvenirs stores, restaurants, night clubs and the food taste so good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Llegamos a las 10:00 a.m. aproximadamente al hotel. Se estipularon las preferencias desde meses antes y se pidió que no fueran ni en PB ni cerca del elevador. Me llamaron a deshoras un día antes, para decirme que si no pagaba la reserva, se iba a cancelar mi hospedaje. El baño olía horrible y nunca fueron a darle mantenimiento, sólo a poner un poco de cloro y aromatizante y quedaron que al día siguiente iría un personal de mantenimiento junto con vigilancia para arreglar la falla, llegamos esa misma noche a dormir y olía a tubería el baño.
Me decepcionaron esta vez.

Staff personnel (with restaurant personnel exception) was not explicit about the hotel stay rules at the time of checking inn. Also security staff is arbitrary and have no ethics to talk to costumers.
Lack of Cleanness on many areas of the building and Lobby.
Very uncomfortable stay. I won't be staying in this hotel again unless they change overall mannagment aspects.
Nice bedroom, restaurant,bar pool

Overall all the amenities were nice clean and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The only thing that we missed was having the refrigerator and microwave ‘servi bar’ which we didn’t know we had to request at the time of the reservation and when we arrived they couldn’t help with this because all rooms with servi bar had been taken. So next time will make sure we make that request at the time of our reservation by phone.

El hotel estaba al 100% y si es complicado encontrar lugar en las areas de recreo (alberca y playa) Falta poner palapas en la playa, eso de poner algunas sombrillas no creo que sea lo correcto

Centrally located to shopping and boardwalk. Food & Bkfst could be better, and parking at tin-mess can be a mess. Also check in is always problematic in wait times and lacks at times that friendly service,

The shower door, which is made of glass, was down, that is, it was close at the bottom and could not be closed, so when using the shower the entire bathroom floor got wet, it was reported on several occasions and it was never repaired, but The bad experience is that on the fourth day of my stay, some people called my cell phone wanting to extort me and they had all my information, name, date of arrival, date of departure, room number, this is a tremendous security problem since they had information that I only owned the hotel, which forced me to interrupt my vacation. Definitely not going back.

I highly recommend this place I stay here a few times a year my wife my family were so astonished about the view from the balcony friendly staff the food was awesome.

Great relaxing vacation, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect as it is right in the middle of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back soon. We love Mazatlán!!
