Personalized Farm Fresh Cuisine

Seasonal Southern cuisine with locally sourced ingredients takes center stage throughout your wedding. Our team caters events on the main floor, including the restaurant, courtyard, and Solarium, while the Rialto Room is serviced by our preferred outside caterers, ensuring exceptional quality and service for every guest.

What You Can Bring

Guests may provide their own cakes, confections, and specialty desserts, provided they are plated and presented. Alternatively, a selection of desserts may be arranged directly through the hotel’s catering team.

Professional DJs and live musical performances are welcomed. To honor the comfort of all hotel guests and remain fully compliant with local municipal noise regulations, all musical entertainment must conclude promptly by 12:00 AM. Entertainment providers must maintain comprehensive liability insurance and receive prior approval from the Event Coordinator.

Hotel Indigo Athens provides classic, minimal accents, and hosts are warmly encouraged to personalize their event space using freestanding personal and professional décor elements. Preferred rental enhancements are available through our curated vendor list. Standard poly table linens in white, black, and select colors are provided for all hotel tables. To preserve the venue's condition, all forms of glitter, cold sparklers, indoor fog effects, and confetti are explicitly prohibited.
