The Solarium is a 600 sq ft light-filled space for up to 40 guests. Its flexible layout suits corporate workshops, bridal luncheons, and private gatherings that call for an open, airy atmosphere in the heart of the Classic City.

Executive Boardroom

The Executive Boardroom seats up to 12 with high-speed Wi-Fi and A/V support. At 299 sq ft, it is the ideal setting for leadership briefings, confidential discussions, and focused strategy sessions in the heart of downtown Athens.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite offers 800 sq ft of refined comfort with soft seating, an HD TV with HDMI, and a large table for up to 8 guests. It doubles as an elegant getting-ready suite for wedding parties and private occasions.

Catering

Madison Bar & Bistro extends its seasonal Southern-inspired menus to meetings and events for groups up to 60. For larger groups, the hotel offers an approved local caterers list. Every catered experience reflects the fresh flavors of Athens.

Hotel Indigo Athens is required to provide and serve all alcoholic beverages within any event space. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Bar services can be tailored to suit your specific needs with hosted & cash bar options.

Hotel Indigo Athens has approved a select group of caterers to serve at our facility. If none are available, please speak with your sales manager about other options.

Per an agreement with Hotel Indigo Athens and all approved caterers, a catering commission will be given on food and beverage services at Hotel Indigo Athens facilities. Each approved caterer will list or include these costs in their estimates as they see fit.

Hotel Indigo Athens requires all caterers to provide full service staffing. No drop-off orders are allowed without prior approval from Hotel Indigo sales staff.

Drop off catering and/or catering that is not approved in advance will result in an additional service and clean-up fee.

Take care of your VIPs with an exclusive block featuring reduced nightly room rates. Enable your guests to book and pay for their own rooms with a custom block link, or submit a rooming list for larger groups with group payments.

How It Works
Discounted room blocks are a simple process, with no strings attached. We don't require attrition rates for smaller groups which means you are not financially responsible for any rooms that are left unbooked.

Think you might need half of the hotel? We can discuss attrition rates that work with your event's budget and scope to ensure you have enough rooms for all of your attendees.

Your block will be reserved for you and your guests until one month before your booking. Once your block 'drops', any unbooked rooms will fall back into our inventory at their current posted rates.
