The newly remodeled, Barco serves international and Baja Med cuisine for breakfast and dinner. From tantalizing appetizers to mouthwatering main courses and decadent desserts, Barco offers a culinary experience that showcases flavors from around the world. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Dinner is served from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Cardon

Situated atop El Cortes Golf Club, Cardon is a fine dining experience, offering innovative Mexican cuisine and breathtaking views of the Bay of La Paz. Indulge in a variety of Mexican specialties crafted with the freshest local ingredients and prepared with culinary expertise. Breakfast is served Tuesday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Snacks are served from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Originally from Querétaro, Chef Manuel Guzmán has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in various hotels and restaurants in the United States, including a luxury train. For the past four years, he has been part of the Puerta Cortés team, standing out for his respect and use of ingredients, elevating each dish with his unique flavors. His passion for cooking and dedication make him enjoy working with people who share his same energy.

Originally from Choix, Sinaloa, Chef Enrique Valenzuela has been a part of the Puerta Cortés group for many years. His talent has led him to collaborate with talented and renowned chefs like Enrique Olvera and Víctor Palma.
