Food and Beverage Director

Keith Kubisz

Bringing over 30 years of experience is Food and Beverage Director, Keith Kubisz, who oversees both Harrison’s Kitchen & Bar and Hotel Indigo. Most recently, Keith served as Director of Operations and Executive Food and Beverage Director for Hilton Inc., where he managed three properties.

A proud Bay County resident for over three decades, he lives with his wife, Monica, and their two children, Zachary and Jeremy. He is also a grandfather to two grandsons. In addition to his career in hospitality, Keith is an avid runner, having completed eight marathons, including three Dopey Challenges at Walt Disney World, and more than 50 half marathons.
