1,000 square feet of indoor meeting space that can be left open or divided into the Sunrise & Sunset Meeting Rooms. There is natural light in abundance with large windows, and two sets of double doors that lead to an attached open-air, stone-paved patio overlooking St. Andrews Bay.

Covered Bar Space | Capacity: 60

Steam on 5 offers stunning sunset views over the water from the fifth floor. This space is available for Group Events Sunday – Wednesday as a fully rentable space, or there is a 20-person seating area that is available for events seven days a week.

Outdoor Uncovered Space | Capacity: 400+

The Marina Lawn and Promenade both offer a full, open-air experience, with waterside views and a fresh Gulf breeze. Guests will enjoy the picturesque waterside view of the Bay and Marina.

  • Larger Room Blocks can be provided for Corporate and Military Groups.
  • Wedding Groups will be provided with the best room types to book for their Bridal Dressing Rooms and Honeymoon Suite.
  • Groups are welcome to provide Gift Bags for group guests that will be handed out by our Front Desk Staff.
