It’s a Patel hotel

Meaning, it’s filthy. I will be calling the department of health to come and inspect their kitchen. No health standards are followed whatsoever. And when I brought it up to two separate workers, they both literally IGNORED me and walked away. Mind boggling!

We had a family reunion in the area and booked 3 rooms. They were great! Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beddding( non allergenic). Nice small but satisfying breakfast. One suggestion would be to add tea. The kind gentleman checking us in put us all on the same floor. Restaurants and stores are nearby. Next to a small casino. We would recommend!

I get out of state every year for my mother’s death anniversary, and I usually stay at a family members house but they have covid. So last minute I booked a weekend with my partner and it was a breath of fresh air to know that I can stick to my diet and be motivated to workout while in my room or hit the gym and take a shower in a walk-in shower and beautiful bathroom mirror and lighting,and a nice pool and dinning room and mini game room that requires you and your company to be more engaging instead of starring individually at a screen for hours. The beds were so comfy I napped for a half a day. And breakfast was my favorite. Eggs sausage and home fries. 10/10 would recommend.

The way the staff treated me and acted as if none of what they did to me mattered showed me to never ever stay at this hotel again. And to also let any and everyone I know to not stay at this hotel as well

So I really wanted to try this “hip, new, *alt hotel experience”. (For the record it was a toss between this or the HIX in Tewksbury where we have stayed before.) The hotel exterior was generic and there was not a visible large sign from the main road and it’s tucked behind a bank so we very much had to rely on GPS to get us there. The grounds were clean and maintained and also very generic. The lobby was spacious and very bright. (Cool lighting in the bar area.) We didn’t use the bar or the restaurant (very decent Indian down the road among a plethora of options, and mostly within walking distance, amongst anything else you might ever need it’s pretty congested and right off the highway) so I cannot speak about that but my husband got lost trying to find a bathroom when we checked in and ended up in the hall of meeting rooms looking for the elevators hahaha. The room was spacious. (Our room had resistance straps and some yoga block things.) Plenty of room for stretching, etc, if that’s your thing. It was a king room but if you had a straggler a cot would totally fit. 2 pull out block stools no loungey chair. The problem was the EeCCHHOOO- not only IN the room but the chambre doors closing are LOUD. So people going in and out of the rooms was interruptive and distractful. We don’t usually ever turn the TV on and it was on with a gracious welcome message upon entering at check in. I’d not have dared to watch TV as the noise in the room would have insane- it was immediately turned off- I couldn’t figure out the remote at all.. amenities for the hotel are accessed through a QR code thing so I don’t bother- I’m over QR codes and staring at backlit screens. Incidentally the water machines right by the elevator were awesome and? Crushed ice cubes! So they fit in your water bottle which was brilliant. The shower had a perfect leg shaving shelf. But… has a metal drainage plate and the dripping of the water after turning it off would wake the dead, or wake a fellow chamber mate out of a deep sleep. One of the elevators wasn’t working so we took the stairs to check out as everyone else was trying to use it at the same time with all their luggage.. oh, and the “EVEN” branded sign behind the front desk is missing its “V” metal letter plate. My husband found the “daily affirmations” painted/applied to the walls in the room to be a bit overkill. Cool concept. Just unnecessary. The sheetrock and the silicone joint at the base of the shower look like we’re installed by a guy on his first day for water damage that was hastily repaired.
Bed was amazingly comfortable but all the weird hallway door noise and echo in the room meant neither of us slept very well.
Good location and convenient but I think I’m a HIX kinda gurl.

Então, paguei a mais para ter o café da manhã incluído. Foi incluído de qualquer maneira. Depois, foi medonho, e o pessoal que estava comandando o telefone não conseguiu desligar.
O quarto era espetacular. A cama era excelente, assim como os travesseiros.

Escolhemos este local por sua conveniência, onde era o torneio das minhas filhas. Ele estava limpo e funcionários simpáticos na chegada. O quarto era muito limpo e o tamanho era apropriado para o que precisávamos. A área da piscina estava limpa e havia toalhas à disposição. O único pequeno problema foi a pressão do chuveiro. Provavelmente é um problema pessoal, mas gosto de chuveiro com fluxo forte. A segunda seria o segundo elevador do hotel que não estava funcionando e foi informado que continuaria assim por semanas. Nunca tivemos problemas com apenas um, mas isso pode ser um problema

O hotel era limpo e confortável, perfeito para uma estadia curta. Não foi possível reservar uma cama extra porque o quarto já tinha 2 camas. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando direito e o café da manhã não estava muito bom, mas novamente, tudo bem por 1 noite

Camas boas, confortáveis e limpas. Os funcionários estavam bem. Um elevador que funciona para todo o hotel. Piscina fechada por um longo período de tempo. LIXO de café da manhã! Eles tinham apenas linguiça de porco, serviam um tipo de bagel e tinham pão para fazer uma torradeira . Eu não como ovos, então não liguei para eles. Eles tinham maçãs e laranjas e um frasco bem pequeno de suco de laranja. O café da manhã foi o mesmo em todos os dias da minha estadia. A área era boa, perto de tudo.

Pior hotel do ihg que já me hospedei. Mudei para um Hilton. Detesto fazer uma crítica ruim, mas este lugar é uma porcaria.

Localização conveniente e quarto limpo. O café da manhã era muito simples, com opções saudáveis muito limitadas, o que não está de acordo com o foco do hotel em fitness e bem-estar.
