Hotel is nice but free breakfast is bad.

So I paid extra to have the breakfast included. Was included anyway. Then it was terrible and rhe staff running it could not get off there phone.
Room was awesome. Bed was excellent as was the pillows.

We picked this location for its convenience to were my daughters tournament was. It was clean and staff friendly on arrival. The room was very clean and the size was appropriate for what we needed. The pool area was clean and towels were readily available. The only slight negative was the pressure in the shower was low, it is likely a personal issue for me but I like a strong flow from the shower head. The second would be the hotels second elevator was out of service and was told it was like this for weeks. We never ran into an issue with just the one but it could be an issue

Hotel was clean and comfortable so perfect for a short stay. We were denied a rollaway bed because the room already had 2 beds. AC wasn’t barely working and the breakfast wasn’t very good, but again, ok for 1 night

Beds nice , comfy and clean . Staff were okay . One elevator working for the entire hotel. Swimming pool closed for a long period of time . Breakfast TRASH! They had only pork sausages, served one kind of bagel and had bread to make toast . I don’t eat eggs so I didn’t care for them . They had apples and oranges and a very small jar of orange juice. Breakfast was the same all the days of my stay. The area was nice , close to everything .

Worst IHG hotel I’ve stayed at. I moved to a Hilton. I hate to give a bad review but this place sucks.

Convenient location and clean room. Breakfast was too simple with very limited healthy choices, which is not in line with the hotel's focus on fitness and wellness.

My friends and I were in town to attend a concert. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the staff was accommodating.

2nd time I stayed at this location the rooms are very clean spacious and well appointed. Only one issue I had was the room contained a sound machine which it was a bright, white light that could not be dimmed, and had to be unplugged. Otherwise, this is a great location and hotel

I immediately noticed that the grounds were not cared for. The grass was taller than my dog such that she couldn't even walk into them. I was stuck and could not change my location. I don't know if they had even had the grass cut this year.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE.

Location and front desk staff was excellent. Pool was good and warm. Excise room was very good. Exercise equipment in the room is great. Breakfast was very minimal.
