The hotel entrance is difficult to find and we had to get dropped off on the street because the vehicle clearance was too low for our shuttle service to enter.
The lounge on the 5th floor is nonexistent, guests were lingering in the hallways while waiting for rooms to be ready. Restaurant food was horrible had to end up ordering out with Uber eats.
The room smelled like weed, had to buy air fresheners to spray. Bathroom was dingy, shower floor was soiled/dirty to the point that we did not want to use it. Beds are high off the floor, a disabled person would have a hard time getting in.
Definitely big difference from our stay at IHG in Miami. Miami’s IHG is fabulous. If it wasn’t for the early flight I had the next day, I would not have stayed at this hotel.

Good place to stay needs washer and dryer for guest who have to stay longer than a few days. The restaurant is a little on the pricey side.

We had two rooms, 5 adults. The exceptional young lady that checked us in on June 23rd was fabulous! She was very kind. We were late check-ins because of a cruise. She said we have been expecting you! Loved that! The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Overall experience was great!

This is second time at this hotel, check in was easy, parking was $20 which was not bad compared to others around the area. Bed was comfortable just hated where our room was located. It was right by the elevator. You can hear the elevator every time it goes on and off and half of the window was being blocked. Also, the pool was not open when we got there second time this happened to us. But overall, will stay again if it’s just for a short trip.

We stayed at this property overnight prior to a cruise. I was a little concerned about hotels being cheap and just capturing one-time business due to cruise demand. This property was in great condition and everything was perfect. We had an issue with the height of the bed for my mom and it was addressed immediately by the staff.

I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay the day before the cruise. They have a great package like the cruise and stay as well as the company they partner were able to accommodate our transportation back from the cruise. Our room was super clean and spacious for more than our usual needs. Guest service was also super courteous on answering all the questions. Definitely would come back and stay if I ever go on a cruise again.
This hotel should be investigated by the ADA

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I have to say that I believe they violate several Americans with disabilities act laws. First of all, they have handicap parking right in the front of the hotel however, they will not allow you to park there because it’s where they park their shuttle bus so even if you are disabled with a disabled plaque, they will not allow you to park here they force you to go up to the other floors to park. When I made my reservation, I put on the reservation that we had a child in a wheelchair and needed a room that we could bath him in however we got to our room. We realize that we had a standalone shower I had no type of a bench or anything in it for him to sit. We went down to the desk and talked with the girl working and explained the situation that our son cannot sit up And that we would be unable to bath him in that shower. We asked if they possibly had a folding chair or anything that my husband could possibly sit on to hold him to bath him and we were told no we then asked if they had a room available with handicap access and we were once again told no. The only solution we had was we had to lay two towels on the shower floor and then literally lay our son on the floor of the shower to give him a bath? It was extremely difficult and very upsetting to him as he cried the entire time because it was so uncomfortable. Because of having to use towels to lay on the shower floor for him, we were obviously short towels in our room, and when I called down to ask for towels, the same person who we had spoke with before, I told us that they could not help us in anyway With getting an ADA room or a chair to sit on was extremely rude and asked me why I needed an extra towels and then accuse me of lying and having more people in my room than what I had stated on the reservation! I explained to her that I did not have more people in my room than I had said but that because we were forced to lay our son on the ground to give him a shower that we had to use more towels than what we had in the room! I then asked to have more towels sent up which she said she would three hours later we still had no towels, so I called down again and the gentleman who answered the phone told me that the towels were at the desk and that she hadn’t asked that they be sent up and that he would run them up to us! Also, we had a room that had a pull out sofa sleeper and it was absolutely horrible. The foot of it went up in the air so it felt like you were sliding into the couch all night, and you could fill every bar in every spring in your back! I asked if there was possibly another mattress that we could get or anything that we could place on top and was told no by the same person and she said that she would set up some extra blankets to pad the bed, but they only sent up two thin blankets that they put on top of the bed that offered no cushion whatsoever! I definitely do not recommend this hotel especially if you have a disability or have a need to use the pullout sofa! We do plan on contacting the ADA about the parking and the complete lack of caring that a person with a disability was not able to take a shower or even enter the bathroom!

I wasn’t aware of the price to park at the hotel until I got there. This should’ve been something included in the price of the hotel when booking. My tv was not working but they offered a free breakfast voucher. Breakfast was mid so I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for that.
