Great front desk service

Great location just off of I-5 and very pet friendly. The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was large and everything worked as expected. I will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

When I first walked through the doors, there was a lovely balcony with a staircase I was spiral as well as relaxing areas. It was just beautiful overall in the lobby and then they accommodated my mom by putting her next to me when I purchased the second room and had no issues with the fact that I had three babies that made a lot of noise lol that

Good place to stay. The breakfast area is managed better than any hotel I've ever stayed, and I stay in a lot of hotels every year. Everything was fresh, full, cooked probably and clean. The coffee was always available and fresh. Good job Lathrop team!
The room was normal and clean. I wish the thermostat would allow for always on fan, but it doesn't.
Anyway, recommended.
Slippery bathtub

Very good stay until I tried to shower in the morning. Stepped into the tub and immediately slipped and banged into the wall. I was holding onto the safety rail do I didn’t fall. No anti slip on tub bottom. Was not able to shower.

Daily housekeeping is excellent. Location was not in a good area. Breakfast could be better. Hotel stay was great.

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in HIEs for 3 consecutive nights. This hotel was by far the most enjoyable of the 3 hotels. Friendly, professional staff who are happy in their job and proud of their facility. We were treated like we were guests. We will definitely use this property the next time we are in the area.

Staff was very friendly and the room clean and modern. Breakfast was freah and very convienent. I had an issue with the office chair and they corrected quickly. Great Location close to the freeway and many resturants.

I would not recommend this hotel to others mainly because the service wasn’t great and the hotel itself is not clean or maintained.

The room was great! Very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for a night away! I will definitely book again! The spa tub was great as well and relaxing! Location was good and area was nice and quite! Breakfast was good and hot! Next time will book for a longer time!

After being over-charged and given the runaround. Then finding out that their website is so broken that I could not contact anyone about this. I called and after 22 & a half minutes was able to cancel my “Priority Club” membership.

Great place to stay near Tracy, Stockton, Modesto area. My reservation included breakfast and it starts 6:30 AM. Hospitality and cleanliness is great at this hotel. Join their club for regards and points.
