The staying was rather short, nevertheless another one at this great establishment. The check-in was as usual very fast and the room's cleanness also great. I particularly like this hotel due to its new feeling and fantastic access to the central station. A 10/10.

Clean room and comfortable bed plus great location and served it’s purpose. Breakfast was subpar, options are limited however, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Will stay again next time

Everything was great. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable for one person...the staff was good and the breakfast was also good

Wish the location is much closer to the central station of Düsseldorf but it’s a quiet clean area. Overall I like the bed very much and superbly clean and nice. Wish the cleaner pays more attention to the gel and coffee sachets and milk

Tha hotel is within 10 min walking distance from Main railway station & city center with variety of food, attraction, shopping & travel possible.
Only good for a night to sleep, service needs improvement

The hotel is well located and has good rooms and breakfast but that’s where it ends. The bad experience to check-in, no providing drinking water in the room or purchase options or rude staff for check-out made my stay uncomfortable. Thank goodness I just had one night to stay as part of my transit journey. The experience was totally bad compared to my recent stays with IHG at Paris and Berlin where I felt so special

Thoroughly enjoyed my time albeit 2 nights. This hotel is situated in an ideal location not far from the airport, main train station and shopping complexes.

Recommended for a stay fairly near the station, at a great price, in a clean new hotel.
The "Hauptbahnhof" in the hotel name is a little misleading as about 10 minutes walk to the main station.
(NB. Be sure to use the back exit/entrance of the station when walking between that and the hotel - it felt *much* safer and less sketchy at night than via the main front station entrance route, and was a little quicker and easier.)
Breakfast could do with a little more choice and some healthier options. It was a shame the pancake machine wasn't working (if that doesn't sound contradictory!). But some lovely breakfast staff in attendance.
The sour note was reception not understanding the booking codes shown on their (new) computer system and hence thinking they should refuse my request for a late checkout, which should in fact be given to all IHG loyalty scheme members if available. I was given it after insisting a while, but was not believed, as the staff member incorrectly thought the code showing on my booking meant I hadn't booked directly, whereas I had definitely booked a commissionable rate, as further evidenced by my getting points etc on my stay.
