The hotel was fully renovated when I got there. They probably had just finished it as I could see some minor details of construction. Overall, the hotels rooms felt modern, from the renovation, and gave me no chance to complain.

Hotels was comfortable and staff was very nice but there was no coffee at breakfast. When I asked the man working breakfast he said it was broken. I feel like a f that was the case they would have figured something out the day before when there was no coffee.

Our stay got off to a rocky start when we tried to check in early. I understand if rooms are not available yet, there should not be expectations of getting into rooms early. Right away when we ask if we could check in early, the front desk person said we could if we paid $20. I had never had this happen at any other hotel.
That evening, we had a problem with our TV. I called the front desk and the same gentleman said he would send someone to our room. No one ever showed up.
These problems could have been mitigated by a kind or apologetic attitude… This was clearly absent.

Very pleased with my 1 night visit to this Holiday Inn, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was of higher quality than most comp breakfast at similar hotels, and well stocked with a nice variety of choices, all fresh. The desk staff were pleasant and always available.

We loved this property! The pool area/hot tub was expansive with a nice sound system that filtered great music in as we swam. The room was spacious and modern."

I stay in hotels often and I called family
to recommend this one before I even left the parking lot. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely sized and legacies with plenty of storage including a wardrobe and huge drawers under built-in seating. The room had ample plugs and lighting. Breakfast was a 10/10 with more options than any place i’ve stayed at recently! Check in was a breeze and parking was easy too. I was there a bit early but the pool looks like it will be relaxing when it’s open as well.

We had a miserable experience at this property. The hotel was filthy. The lobby area had the same dirt tracks and debris on the floor for the entire 3-day stay. The elevator had drinks spills that were not cleaned during our stay. Our room had ants and was not serviced during our stay. When I checked out and express our displeasure, the clerk at the desk apologized, but did not seem overly concerned.
I received a voicemail stating that points would be deposited into our loyalty account, but that never happened.
We ended up moving across the parking lot to a competitor hotel, and had a much better experience there.

Wow—Holiday Inn truly exceeded every expectation! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and made me feel like a valued guest.
The room? Spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and every detail—from the fresh linens to the soft lighting—made the space feel cozy yet luxurious. I also loved the thoughtful amenities like the mini fridge, coffee maker, and high-speed Wi-Fi, which worked flawlessly throughout my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh fruit, hot dishes, and great coffee. I even had time to enjoy the fitness center and pool, both of which were clean and well-equipped.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a cozy bed and a great workspace.
