This is a older property but for the most part well maintained. One shining star is Stacey the kitchen manager. He was the best kitchen manager I have ever met in weekly visits to IHG properties.

Older, recently renovated I think. Room had a musty odor, like the carpet had just been cleaned, but not dried out yet. Guy in the breakfast kitchen was great. Very helpful, and on top of things.

This hotel exceeded my expectations it was clean, staff was friendly, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. And located in a great location

Hotel is very nice and clean. Room was very roomy with nice furniture and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy very fresh. Will stay again if ever leaving from airport shuttle was prompt.

Checking was not good, the room was smelly and the carpet dirty, 2 nights in a row young people running and yelling in the hallway

Booked a handicapped room and found a slippery bathtub and heavy handheld shower head making showering very difficult for my husband. We were provided a rubber mat to place in the tub to prevent falling. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very nice with a broad selection of items. The pancake maker was fun to watch. Cudos to Stacey the attendant for maintaining the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Four stars for the bathtub issue and for the hot tub being unavailable.

Excellent property and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and food service young man running it greated everyone with a smile and offering help with the Star Trek pancake machine I've never seen in my life!

I just spent an incredible few nights at this hotel, and I'm still grinning from ear to ear! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like royalty. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed to unwind after a long day. The bed was seriously the comfiest I've ever slept in – I didn't want to leave!
But the real star of the show was the breakfast – WOW! The spread was incredible, with everything from fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon to fresh fruit, yogurt, and made-to-order omelets. The pastries were still warm from the oven, and the coffee was rich and perfectly brewed. It was like dining at a fancy café, but in the comfort of the hotel! The staff refilled plates, poured coffee, and chatted with guests with big smiles on their faces. Breakfast here truly sets the tone for an amazing day.
But what really made my stay stand out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the entire team. They were always happy to help, whether it was recommending local spots or just chatting about the day's events. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch experience. Can't wait to come back!

The staff remembered me by name, always the friendliest: especially Rebecca. The hotel is always clean, you can tell they take pride in their work.

Had to book a room that was handicapped accessible. I was assured the room was.
However, it turns out the hotel has no "accessible" rooms. When I inquired, I was told they would have "walk in" showers by the end of the year. Also, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and when I asked the desk about it (day shift) I was told by the man there that "some of them work, some of them don't". Not sure if they looked at it, but it never worked. Evening shift staff were wonderful as was the young man who works in the breakfast area.

First time we stayed at the hotel, and we will stay again! From the shuttle driver, Lisa, to the check-in desk staff, housekeepers, and breakfast staff, everyone was GREAT! Food was served with pride and tasted very good. Beds were comfortable and the room was perfect. They have toothpaste and other toiletries if you happened to forget yours from home. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express-Inver Grove Heights!!! We found out hotel where we will stay on our visits to the Cities!
