We have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is located in a good area and there is plenty of food options nearby. The beds are super comfy and the showers are nice and hot after a long day of traveling. Breakfast is good!! Well worth the money spent to stay here!! And Buc-ee’s is right up the road!!!

One of the best IHG hotels I have stayed in. Clean, staff is amazingly friendly. Breakfast is one of the best for hotels that I have tried, and I travel a lot. No complaints. Only thing was the fire alarm at 4:30 am and we had to evacuate. Apparently a washer caught fire. Other that ruining my sleep and being extremely tired that day. I would recommend

We have stayed here several times over the past year. This is one of our main stops on the way to North Carolina from Missouri. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are great and the breakfast is always fresh.

We checked in quickly and the front desk staff was very prompt and polite. We needed a new set of sheets due to my nephew throwing up in his sleep late at night and we were assisted promptly. Everything about this hotel was welcoming and prompt. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bathroom very clean. Great breakfast the lady’s did an amazing job at restocking the food and keeping the areas clean. Hotel has great location just off the highway and 20-30 min from the pigeon forge area

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Alan, the desk clerk was very friendly. The pool area was clean and nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was okay. The choices were pretty much the same as all the Holiday Inn Express hotels. Some updating there would be good. The ladies working the breakfast area were nice and helpful.
