Tôi thích Các địa điểm của khách sạn và sự thuận tiện của nó khi đến các quán ăn của Lee's Summit. Việc nhận phòng thật tuyệt vời. Phòng tắm bẩn (Rm. 319). Có một vết bẩn khó chịu trong bồn tắm cũng như các vết bẩn dưới bồn rửa mà việc lau nhà vẫn chưa xong. Có nấm mốc ở các góc. Có một chàng trai đã làm văng ra khỏi chiếc xe của mình khi đang đậu ở chỗ gần cửa trước nhất. Có những biển báo ghi “100% cơ sở không hút thuốc” nhưng cửa trước thường mở rộng và những người hút thuốc cách cửa mười feet. Vào tối thứ Bảy, có một đội bóng chày trẻ em lưu trú tại khách sạn và những đứa trẻ chạy qua các hội trường cho đến 1030. Tôi gọi cho quầy lễ tân để yêu cầu họ dừng lại và được cho biết "Tôi sẽ gọi cho họ". Cô ấy nói với họ rằng chúng tôi đã phàn nàn vì trễ 15 phút họ bắt đầu gõ cửa phòng của chúng tôi và bỏ chạy. The hotel employee at check in was friendly. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. My only small issue was the water was soooo soft it felt like soap wouldn’t come off.
There were plenty of places to eat within driving distance and shopping close by. A good place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lee’s Summit – Kansas City, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they take pride in their work and in making guests feel at home.
The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of charging outlets. The bathroom was immaculate, with good water pressure and high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast – fresh, hot, and with a great variety of choices. Whether you wanted something light or a hearty start to your day, they had you covered.
The location is also a big plus – close to everything in Lee’s Summit and with easy access to Kansas City. The surrounding area felt safe, and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a great night’s sleep.
Overall, this property exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re in town for business, visiting family, or just passing through, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lee’s Summit. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed up here for a few baseball games. Great experience, but little on the on the pricey side, but after reading some of the bad reviews on the hotels around it, I chose this one because I've stayed in several other Holiday Inn Express and never had issues.

Great location in Lee’s Summit, MO.
Those three words say it all - clean, comfortable, relaxing hotel. The suite and bathroom were all clean upon arrival. Everything worked as expected and was not broken or run down (e.g. furniture, frig, coffee maker, lights, electrical outlets, shower). Bed was new and very, very comfortable. All the towels, soaps and lotions were fully stocked. Beautiful view out window of undeveloped land where a herd of deer roamed, played and ate together. Very relaxing!
The elevator could have been a little faster.
Other than at check in, we had no interaction with hotel staff but check in experience was fast and the clerk was hospitable and kind.
Nice staff, decor is nice and room was good!

The staff was excellent, especially Andy. The hotel was very nice. Our room could have been cleaner. Handprints on the headboard and carpet could have been a little cleaner (vacuumed better)

I frequently stay in Lees Summit to visit my daughter and her family. I always chose to stay at the Lees Summit Holiday Inn Express on Innovation Parkway. I am an IHG member.I have had one bad experience due to my room being very filthy, in fact seemed as though it was not cleaned at all, merely restocked of clean towels and washcloths. I should have brought it to the staff’s attention at the time but I did not. I bought a container of Clorox wipes and cleaned it myself the best I could although the carpet had obviously not even been vacuumed.
I did sent a message with my reservation this time requesting the room be cleaned well. My husband and I came down April 26-27. The room was very clean.
The staff at this facility is very friendly and attentive. During my most recent stay, I was awake at 1:30 am due to my husband’s snoring, so I went down to the lobby. There was a staff member working by the name of Shannon and we visited as she was cleaning the lobby. She was very friendly and when I told her why I couldn’t sleep, she gave me a pair of disposable ear plugs!
I guess if I would like anything done to improve the rooms, I would say the lighting in the bathrooms is definitely not great and the shower head spray is not very strong, otherwise the rooms are excellent and I’ve never had a noise problem due to hearing other guests.
I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in.
Thank you again to Shannon for being so friendly, visiting with me while she was busy working, and asking if she could do anything for me, and most especially giving me the ear plugs! She’s the best and I won’t forget her!

This has been our favorite IHG hotel we’ve stayed in everywhere we’ve been!!
Not only was every team member over the top kind, their rooms were pristine clean! To top it off, I forgot my retainers in the bathroom & didn’t realize it till we were home from our trip, I called the next day & they found them, put them in the safe & held them for two weeks for me until I could return to get them. Then, when I arrived to pick them up they were once again outstandingly kind!
Highly recommend this hotel!! Also, this is the first IHG hotel we’ve stayed that ACTUALLY gave us a complimentary item- free water bottles!
not handicap accessible room as required. They did offer to change rooms but we chose to remain..

There were no handicap bars in the bathroom. The bed was way too high for a non h/c person.

Upon check in the room we were given had a terrible humming noise. They explained it was the laundry below it. Not acceptable. So they moved us to another room. But staff forgot to change in system. So Saturday morning they called to ask if we were checking out. My husband explained what happened. And we used points for 1st nite & payed 2nd nite. They called twice trying to see big we were leaving. They wanted us to change rooms not acceptable. So I went to front desk Diane explained it was taken care of. Then late that nite we came back from wedding & key wouldn't work. Why without explanation. Staff needs to ve better trained as far as rewards & paying.
The accommodations and frot desk personnel were fantastic.

Great hotel very convenient customer service was very good checking in was very easy and they did it worth a smile
highly recommended pool was clean my grandchildren had a great time.
Would stay here again
