If you’re traveling to the Philippines, the Holiday Inn Express Newport will meet your traveling needs. It’s close in proximity to the airport, 7-11, and McDonalds. It’s clean and secure. The staff is professional in every way, and it is relatively inexpensive. Happy traveling!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The skywalk from terminal 3 was easy enough to navigate, even with plenty of construction on the airport side. Shuttle to hotel was good. However, I had an early flight the next morning and then shuttle doesn't start until 10. It only took me 40 minutes to make the walk from the hotel to United checking, but some of it was along a Manila street, making me feel vulnerable - plus the hot, humid air even at 5 AM. Plus, the staff forgot to get my payment, so I was awakened to go down to the lobby to present my credit card.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Angelo, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They accommodated our needs very well and were always available to assist. I also appreciated how responsive they were to my email inquiries before our arrival—every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

I decided to become a member because I love the cleanliness of Holiday inn express everywhere I go but the one near Manila airport at the resort world was very disappointing. They should hire more cleaners to make sure the room is thoroughly cleaned. The carpet was so stinky, the window should be open while they clean to air it out. The bathroom was smelly and the toilet has poop stain, I mean, how could the stain be there if they are actually cleaning. We cannot sleep at all because of the smell of the carpet.

could not get a single bed for me and my wife. Only have 2 single bed, Room too small for comfort…really just a layover purposes. Shower has molds on all corners…

We had a pleasant stay, and we also have a nice view of the airport. Fast and efficient flow during check-in and check out.
Not sure I would stay again but good location by airport!

Short drive over from the airport and I arrived very late hours so it was quiet. Check in was pretty easy so up to the rooms we went. I want to say it is a typical airport hotel but I can't even say that much. The room was very dated. It had a small couch in it that had so many stains on it I didn't even want to sit on it with a blanket over it. The smell of the room was musty and the shower had mold/mildew in it. If you need a quick place to just sleep and go this will work but if you need to spend time and relax I would pass. The breakfast was a decent buffet style.
No Surprise... Stay was perfect!!!

We were needing to stay in Manila for one night, close to the airport to fly out internationally to the USA. The local airlines, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines both, have irratic flight schedules that get bumped, delayed and even cancelled 90% of the time. Hey that what happens living in a 3rd world country. So we always book our flights from Tacloban to Manila if we are traveling to any of our many destinations. We have traveled to Australia, Japan, London-Frankfort-Paris and also Dubai this past year. Now we are in the USA.
My IHG family of hotels are always as expected and never a disappointment!!! You cannot make a mistake to book with IHG.
Looking forward for our experiences to remain 5 star!

My whole experience was terrible. I have stayed in hotels for literally circa 3,000 nights in my life and this experience really stands out as one of the worst.
Check in at around 9pm took over 30 mins. The priority lane was not treated as such since others in other line were being served first. The check-in executive told me the reason it is slow is that they have no rooms available!
Got to the room and there is only bath towels. No floor mat or hand towels or wash cloths! Called hotel attendant and ordered the towels but they never showed up.
Shower had no hot water. Was not even warm!
Went to 24/7 restaurant on ground floor for a couple beers and some dinner. No stocks of San Mig Light, ONE only San Mig Pilsen and it was no very cold! Waiter had an attitude of could not care less. Complained to the supervisor and she was able to go find a couple beers for me and then had to wait whilst they chilled. Told me they are low on beer stocks since it is the end of month (it was the 28th of April). Ordered a salad and they cannot serve it since they are out of stock of the dressing!
Did not attend breakfast as I could not stand going through what was likely to be a similar experience again.
I booked this room on points as I had stayed at Cebu Holiday Inn a lot in recent times which has usually been good. Booked this Holiday Inn Express room in Manila Newport since it is close to Terminal 3 for convenient and fast transfer.

Forgot to ask the receipt when checked out but unfortunately I could not get it by online through this website, even though I am an IHG member.
