I can recommend this hotel for good price.
The breakfast buffet poor selection not very appealing.

I have stayed this hotel multiple times over the last 3 years. I would mark this as a solid 4 stars… but this last stay was different. Might be a one off but the room I stayed in had a strange wet smell to it, and the bathroom light flickered often. The mirror had black spots all over the bottom half from degradation. I was only staying for 12 hours before I caught a fly home. My next trip I will try the hotel again but if the same standards are showing. I will find another hotel as my go to.

Relaxing stay near NAIA Terminal 3

The hotel is close to NAIA Terminal 3. It offers an amazing breakfast, comfy beds and linens, and basic hygiene items. It is close to the mall where offers quality dining experience. I'm so thankful that I received a late checkout until 1600, which I really needed the most because I was exhausted during my trip.

As a Diamond Elite I experienced multiple issues not meeting brand requirements:
1. Checkin has a Seniors/PWD checkin queue. Another Senior guest and I queued here and were ignored 5 times. After being finally served we pointed this out and a checkin agent said 'that's until 22:00' (it was 22:20). I relayed concerns to the Manager On Duty. By morning the Seniors / Disabled People sign was covered and roped off. All guests were directed to one queue labeled 'IHG Members' but it's actually 'everyone.' I have pictures.
2. No recognition of Elite Status. No amenity offered which is not 'Inn Keeping' with brand requirements. By the way 'Inn Keeping' was the IHG tag line from 30 years ago and that's how long I have been a member.
3. Curtains don't cover the full length of the window. Seems odd to complain but at an Airport Hotel where people are sleeping on different time zones, it's important.
4. The couch was covered with a sheet. Checked in at 14:00. Room should have been closed for maintenance and if you were sold out that should have been the last room sold. Stunning to believe a Housekeeping Supervisor signed off on that room (I have pictures).
5. Bathroom grout is filthy.
6. From a safety perspective, the most important is an apparent 'short' in electrical wiring. At least 5x in my 24 hour stay the bathroom light turned itself on/off for 1 second by itself. I alerted front desk. No offer to change room. Also, I visited another guest on a previous stay and he said and I saw every light in the room turn itself on/off multiple times in a few hours.

Excellent staff. Terrible odor.

Frankly, I'm stunned that no one is bothered by the smell of sewage in this property. You enter the lobby and the odor hits you like a punch in the face. I asked a manager here about the smell. She responded that she's been here so long that she doesn't notice. Other than the foul odor, I will say that the staff is very good. Especially housekeeping and room service. They are quick to grant my requests.

Was passing thru and stopped here. Great value for the price. Room was a tad small but amenities were good. Hotel is next to a mall and has a casino, 7-11 and McDonald’s in it. The staff was great and they recognized my advance status as an honors member. Breakfast had a lot of
Options as well. While I was not going to the airport, it is located right next to the airport. Most unique set up of any HIE I have stayed at. Would stay again with no problems.

Good hotel to stay near airport and malls and restaurants around

Enjoy the brief stopover in this budget friendly hotel which is close to the airport, especially Terminal 3.
And whilst the room looked a little tired, probably needing an update the overall experience was pleasant.
