1. The room is not quiet enough. I heard the sound of the bathroom water in other rooms all night.
2. It is not clearly marked that the dining plate is required to recycle ourselves, but I can accept it for the fast hotel. This is not the same as other IHG Express Hotel.
3. Several chat employees will remind customers to recycle themselves loudly at the door of the restaurant, and surprise the people who leave the hotel.

The front office staff were great and professional. They greeted me with awe politeness and the checked- in was speedily done. The handling of guest arrival was all done professionally.
The comfort and cleanliness in the rooms were great.

It's very near the night market but very well maintain building and easy parking its own garage, clean and cozy room. Not much view. Breakfast are nice and lots of choice, definitely will stay next time

謝謝前台的接待人員SanSan，在我入住前的提問中，回覆相當詳細，也照顧到很多小細節，甚至連停車需要注意的事項都先提醒我，讓我在抵達飯店前就很安心！抵達後接待的時候也是剛好遇到她，她很親切接待以及像朋友間應對，還推薦我附近好吃的美食，讓我對這個飯店又更加分了！感覺很溫馨，很推薦！

New hotel. Great location just near the night market, about 5 minutes walk, staffs are friendly and helpful, however, I have a small reservation about the breakfast, it is really poor and lack of options.
A great choice for business.

It's clean & comfortable, service is good and location is good(nearby a famous night market ). Breakfast is also excellent! It's a lovely place to relax and enjoy.

Generally, the rooms team performed quite well and impressed. However, for more than 100 hotels I visited annually, I never had such experience that I had to clean up the empty plates by myself during the breakfast. where had my service charge gone?
