Our Downtown Chicago hotel features a junior Olympic-size indoor swimming pool fit for laurel-wreathed champions. Located on the 14th floor, the pool is a paragon — decorated with Spanish Majolica tiles and supported by a sturdy system used by railroad bridges. Built in 1929, our indoor pool is one of the oldest in Chicago, one of the biggest in the country, and perhaps the most beautiful in the world.
Please note that improvements to the pool seating and locker room areas will take place from August 10–September 16. The pool will be closed August 11 and September 10, and will be open for the remainder of the project. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction and will not have access to the locker rooms during this time.
