Guest Parking is available close to the hotel. We recommend guests arrive, park at the front of the hotel, and check in prior. The front desk team will provide parking information, tickets, and directions.

Self-parking rates are $40 per day with multiple entries over 24 hours and Valet is $70 per day.

Wilson Central Park Parking has a clearance of 1.95m.

The hotel is located a seven-minute walk from RAC Arena, home to sporting, musical, and theatrical shows. A two-minute free bus ride down St George's Terrace will take you to the WACA in East Perth. Optus Stadium is accessible by Transperth (Public Transport Authority) with both train and bus rides free to anyone with a ticket to the venue’s events. Perth Underground Train Station is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel, with the buses scheduled to collect passengers from Hay Street and St George’s Terrace, near the hotel’s doorstep on event days. 

Suites at the hotel offer bathtubs; please select this category if you require a bath. All other room types offer rain showers.  

No, the hotel does not offer a pool. Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel and offers casual access to its three pools. We also encourage visitors to WA to visit some of our beautiful beaches for a swim. 

Yes, the 24-hour fitness centre is located on level M (Mezzanine floor).

Breakfast is hosted at Ascua, located on the ground floor of the hotel. An express option is also available from Heno & Rey if you are on the go.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Perth central business district (CBD), with easy access to free transport using CAT buses that run throughout the CBD.

Additionally, we are also just a two-minute walk from the Perth Underground Station.

Check-in to the hotel is from 3 PM. Please call ahead or let our team know your estimated time of arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3 PM unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior.

Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready. 

Check-out time at the hotel is 11 AM.

You may request a late check-out however, it is subject to availability and may incur a late check-out fee. 

A payment of all room nights plus a $100 bond per night will be taken on check-in. Please note we do not accept cash payments and can only accept payments via EFTPOS.

Yes, a valid passport or Australian Driver's License will be required for check-in. 

Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the Concierge team after departure at no charge. Luggage can also be left prior to check-in, should your room not be ready when you arrive.

Shuttle services are not available; however, if you would like a private car service to collect you, please let our Concierge know, and the team will assist. 

Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Chemist Warehouse is situated on 858 Hay Street, approximately 120 metres from the hotel.

The closest convenience store is Central Convenience Express, Kings Corner at 1/349 Murray Street, Perth. Located 120 metres from the hotel, it is open from 6 AM to 9 PM.

Enex Shopping Mall at 683 Hay Street has a Woolworths supermarket, retail and food outlets. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
