Anyone can qualify: All you have to do is create a free IHG One Rewards account, sign in, and eligible properties will display the IHG One Rewards member discount. It applies across the IHG portfolio, from Holiday Inn Express to InterContinental, so signing in can lower your price at many brands.

Best for: Members with enough points to cover the room rate
A Reward Night uses points to pay for a full room night (members may be responsible for taxes and incidentals). Points required to redeem a Reward Night vary by property, date, and demand. Select Reward Nights when searching to redeem points for your stay. Reward Nights do not earn base points, but they count toward Elite status, and eligible IHG credit cardholders can use the 4th Reward Night Free benefit.

Points + Cash allows you to pay for part of your stay with IHG One Rewards points and the rest with cash. It is a great option for when your points balance is close, but not quite enough for a Reward Night.
