Where is the voucher number?
The voucher number can be found at the bottom right corner of the voucher.
The voucher number is located on the lower right-side of the voucher paper, beneath the IHG® Rewards Club Member number boxes.
Earning miles instead of points

If you have chosen to earn miles instead of points for your qualifying stays, your deposited voucher will automatically be converted to your miles preference at the rate of 200 miles for every 1,000 points if your preferred earning alliance is one of the following airlines: AeroMexico, American Airlines, Aeroplan, Alaska Airlines, British Airways, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Finnair, United Airlines.

If you have chosen to earn AIR MILES reward miles instead of points for your qualifying stays, your deposited voucher will automatically be converted to 25 miles for every 1,000 points.

It requires approximately 4 to 6 weeks to convert your points into miles and post them to your frequent flyer account. Contact your frequent flyer program to verify. Once your miles have been deposited in your frequent flyer account, follow your airline program procedures for ordering tickets, upgrades and other airline rewards.
