A: Yes.
 

Q: Does the hotel have car parking facilities?

A: Yes. Valet parking is available for $45.90 plus tax per night.
 

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Yes, voco St. James is pet friendly. Our pet fee is $45.00 per stay for up to two pets.
 

Q: Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time?

A: Yes, check with the front desk when you arrive.
 

Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?

A: 21 years of age.
 

Q: Will your rooms allow rollaway beds and/or cribs? Is there a charge?

A: Rollaway beds are limited and based on availability for $20.00 plus tax per night. Cribs are available complimentary.
 

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

A: No, but our guests can enjoy the Blake Hotel’s fitness center complimentary just three blocks away. Check with the front desk for more information.

A: Yes. Please contact our front desk prior to your arrival to secure your room needs. Our staff will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs during your stay with us.

A: All our rooms offer a fridge. A microwave is available in the lobby to heat any items.

A: Our property is a nonsmoking facility, but guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyards.
 

Q: Do you have a pool?

A: We offer a courtyard wading pool for our guests to enjoy relaxing by for morning coffee or after a day of sightseeing.

A: Major Credit cards or debit cards or cash.

A: Yes, our front desk staff is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

A: Our Café Flamant is located in our lobby and offers cocktails and lite bites in the evenings. Our hotel is also adjacent to Chophouse New Orleans, which will excite your palate with juicy USDA grade prime beef and fresh seafood. Chophouse New Orleans is currently open for daily for dinner. Sunday-Thursday 4pm-9pm and Friday and Saturday 4pm-10pm

Q: How close are you to the Caesar’s Superdome?

A: We are .6 miles or a 9-minute walk to the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center.

A: We are 1 mile or a 10-minute walk to the Port of New Orleans.
