Excellent Service and Attitude

I attended for a meeting held in the hotel. Everything was very impressive, clean, and up to date looking. They even had one of the meeting rooms held in an impressive large permanent tent style room. The sound was great, temperature control was better than expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable bed. The pillow was a little too fluffy for me, but I did fine with no pillow. Everything was very quiet, never did hear any noises from fellow rooms. My room happened to have no TV remote, so I called the office and they had another one up to me within 10 minutes. Everyone seemed very friendly. Cost for rooms was a great value.

Overrated

First experience at this hotel location. Would not stay here again. The room looks great at first glance but our room was cosmetically bad. Lots of stained walls, stained ceilings and adjoining door had huge glob of what looked like glue gun glue covering an old door knob. Bottom of bathroom door was peeling. Just over all not what I expected from a Crowne Hotel. Hall had leaves and dirt that were left all weekend. Side security door never worked- key car never had to be used to gain access. Breakfast buffet was not fantastic at all. Food in warmers was cold. Front desk staff mediocre at best.

Very Clean and Comfortable

I found the Crowne Plaza to meet all my needs, however I do not find it necessary to charge your customers for wireless internet service and I thought the prices at your restaurant was extremely high.

Best to Stay Elsewhere

Hotel is right on highway, so you hear the trucks as though they are in your room. Heater/ AC is so loud you can't watch tv with it on. And if you have it on during the night it will wake you up every time it kicks on. Rooms are dusty and musty. Bathroom was gross. Peeling, terrible mold under the soap dish, slow drain in tub so you are standing in who knows what. Put it this way, I didn't take my socks off the entire time I was there. Rude housekeeping banging on door at 7:50 a.m., right after I had finally fallen asleep on the bumpy, uncomfortable mattress. Just awful.
