Featured Santiago Hotels

Make yourself at home in one of our Santiago hotels, close to the historic center and the Plaza de Armas. Discover Santiago's grand colonial architecture, museums spotlighting indigenous cultures and city peaks with Andean views.

It's an easy ride from our hotels in Santiago to the monumental Plaza de Armas, where the ornate National History Museum delivers you back to the Spanish conquest. Nearby sits Santiago's colonial showpiece, the red-hued Casa Colorada. Our Santiago hotels are close to the neoclassical Palacio de Bellas Artes, housing Chilean and international art and topped by a huge glass cupola. Visit the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art for insight into the ancient Inca, Maya and Aztec cultures-most museums are free on Sunday. The palm-fringed gardens atop Santiago's twin peaks, Cerro Santa Lucía and Cerro San Cristóbal, afford far-reaching views over the city to the snow-capped Andes beyond.

Do as the locals do and make lunch your main meal with a fixed-price menú del día. In the historic center, pedestrianized streets like Paseo Ahumada and Paseo Huérfanos are filled with picadas-tiny family-run eateries serving affordable Chilean fare. Dishes like creamy caldillo de congrio fish soup and crumbly empanadas (stuffed pastries) are polished off with the zesty Chilean national drink, pisco sour. Our Santiago hotels are close to Mercado Central, a 19th-century wrought-iron market hall brimming with good-value marisquerías (seafood stands). For something more stylish, head to the alfresco restaurants in the Lastarría neighborhood. You can dine on global flavors in boho-chic Bellavista before partying in one of the neighborhood's artsy café-bars.

Book a room in our Holiday Inn® Santiago hotels in January for the soulful rhythms of the Providencia International Jazz Festival or in July for the folkloric processions and street parties at the Feast Day of the Virgen del Carmen.

It was everything I needed.
By Lorenzo 1
I never respond to these kind of things. I figure they most likely fall of deaf ears anyway but here goes. Im easy to please on most occasions and see no reason to respond unless there was a [More] problem. My stay was for pleasure and your hotel meet all my needs. I will most likely stay at another Holiday Inn in the future. [Less]
Great restaurant service.

Fantastic hotel and excellent service, especially at the restaurant!! [Less]
Efficiency is the key here
By JorisC
Very efficient check in and check out, even with a late check-out, but that is to be expected from an airport hotel at the front door of the airport. Large rooms with lots of space for arranging [More] things. [Less]
First room plagued by drilling, water leaked into the second.
By Dristarg again
Was given a free upgrade to the Club Tower, but the sprinkler must have gone off in the corridor outside as water came under the door. Got a free bowl of fruit and extra loyalty points as [More] compensation. [Less]

Nice staffs and good location. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Santiago. I hope you could make some improvement in your club lounge in term of food selection and fruit. [Less]
Magnificent stay
By Lardcake
The Crown Plaza Santiago is outstanding. The building meets all expectations. The staff exceeds all expectations. We were especially impressed with Antonio , the manager on duty, He made every [More] attempt "please". Three other employees that were exceptional were Victor at the front desk ; Victor in reservations ( incredibility polite); And Hector in the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. The manager knows how to find a staff that has the spirit of hospitality . We will return. [Less]
