Just wanted you to know that we were so relieved to come back to your Holiday Inn! We have stayed there several times now. Your night staff has been extremely helpful; especially in assisting with my "homework" of faxes which needed to be done.
I don't often have time to do them before our biannual medical visit to Boston. Especially your night staff has been very detailed in making sure everything was done correctly for us. We can no
longer try other hotels as the others have all been inadequate, with less than efficient disability rooms, as well as uninformed staff. Your hotel offers everything. Thank you for your hard work in keeping it running smoothly for us.

this may be the place for you. Adequate is the word I might use to describe this place. Kinda dirty, kinda run down... but the staff was really nice!

Our stay here was determined by closeness to local hospitals. Hotel has a free shuttle and reduced daily parking for this use. Very helpful!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please pay that extra bucks to get another place. Front desk clerks misinformed me about a few things (payment options/UPS deliveries) and when I asked about it they even raised their voice! My UPS delivery was sent back as soon as it arrived without even notifying me. More than the delivery issues, it was the staff's attitude that got me mad. The rooms and the hotel interior/air/food was all just bordering cheap motel quality. I made a decision to stay somewhere else after 7 days of stay here and I can say it was a really good decision.

I stayed at this hotel for an extended time, due to cancer treatment at the nearby hospitals. The hotel location is excellent, near the hospitals and Coolidge corner and right across the street from the green line. Having these easy options for entertainment, food and travel made my hospital stay a lot more enjoyable. The underground parking was also very convenient. The hotel has a shuttle that runs every hour to the hospital, which was very good, especially when the weather was bad. Reserving a spot on the shuttle was easy and the drivers, Tom and Lohan were excellent. They were kind, and full of stories of the area and suggestions and went above and beyond to be helpful. I really appreciated their kindness. The front desk staff was also excellent and helpful. Leslie and Hector helped me out on several occasions and were always kind and professional and always gave a wave and smile. They helped me get a refrigerator so I could keep medicine and a little milk for tea in the morning. They also helped with taking in a medication delivery that, of course, arrived during my doctor appointment. Their help made my stay a lot less stressful and it was always a joy to see them. The cleaning staff also did a a wonderful job, keeping the room clean and comfortable. Maintenance is very responsive, and professional and does a nice job. In one room the hot water cold water thingy was loose in the shower. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the issue. The hard work of all the staff really made my stay more enjoyable and gave me a place where I could feel a bit more relaxed (as relaxed as it's possible to be) while finishing my treatment. Good location,right on the Green Line Subway for easy access for all of Boston's attractions. Hotel is clean and has parking for $30.00 per day, would be a better value if the parking was included in the room rate.

My husband and I had a very good experience during our recent stay at the hotel. We had stayed at the same location in July and had an equally positive experience at that time. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. We had dinner in the lounge/restaurant after we arrived from our several hour drive, and the wait staff was efficient and the food was excellent!

We had a good stay. It was walking distance to Boston University which is why we were there and right at a train stop.
The hotel itself is NBD. Nothing fancy, but it is OK. Clean and comfortable with good chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the afternoon.
Miffed at having to pay over $30 a day to park my car.
Staff was friendly but their ability to direct me how to get to places was mixed. Helpful on how to use the train. Didn't know how to get to Cheers and not clear at to how to get back to the freeway. I would think that I was not the first one to ask these type of questions.
