Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy Room was out dated and we had no bedding for couch. All so the next day the cleaning staff did not make up the couch for my daughter. The sheets had stains and shower needed repair. August 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Postive stay MY stay at the Holiday Inn was due once again because we had a family member at the Brigham and Women's for a second surgery. I would suggest that perhaps you should add this to your list of why one would stay at your hotel. It is not always for business or pleasure. that being said I must say that I felt safe and and everyone was just super. The room was always nice and clean, and the housekeeping deserves to be applauded for the great job done. Also the shuttle drivers were always very pleasant and very helpful on my last day with my luggage. I was also upgraded upon my arrival and my room was just great , very relaxing after spending the whole day at the Brigham. I will be staying there again when my family member has a 3rd surgery in the fall.If you are going to contact me please do so my email and not phone July 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay Accomodations For the price I paid for our stay I expected a little more. It was strange that the pool was in the middle of the hotel and not in a separate area. That made it humid and you could tell the hotel has seen its share of wet ceiling tiles. The other thing was it was kept very dark. Maybe to hide the fact that many ceiling tiles are stained or crumbling. We had difficulties flushing the toilet. We pushed the lever down, away and it would only work if you pulled it towards you and wiggled a bit. I would not stay here again. We met up with friends who stayed much closer to Fenway for the exact same price we paid and it was so much nicer. July 22, 2015
