Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Very Poor Customer Service The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered. They are very rude. Even the managers and supervisors don't care about their guests. The hotel is very nice, but that does not make up for the very poor service I received. Due to their poor service I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again. I just cannot believe how poorly they behaved. 24 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great stay! Location is excellent whether you're in Boston for business or pleasure. Customer service was exceptional especially for one of the busiest weekends in Boston with the marathon events. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. It was nice to have access to laundry facilities during our stay. Pool area was great for kids. Bed was very comfortable in the suite. Only suggested area of improvement is to replace the mattresses on the rollaway cots...those were uncomfortable but not a huge impact on our stay. 24 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worth Considering If you have stayed at other Holiday Inns, you will find little to surprise you here. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the surroundings were quiet even though though the hotel fronted on a busy street. I was told that the hotel was originally built as a drive-through motel. That is why there is an atrium running from one end to the other parallel to the adjacent street. Parking was pricey for Brookline, but about average for Boston. We paid in advance for the breakfast and found it about average, There was only one breakfast restaurant within walking distance of the hotel, and it did not look too enticing so the hotel breakfast was probably a good choice. Elevators can be a problem. I think there are only two in the building and the one we used was relatively small and often packed. 22 April 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by little for a lot This was the most expensive and worst stay I have had a any Holiday inn. The room was quite small and cramped. I was charged $13 for a breakfast that was no different than what most hotels give away. Even the eggs were the same reconstituted commercial processed egg stuff you find at every cheap hotel. For the money they could have at least provided fresh eggs cooked to order. The internet was barely functional to completely dead the entire week I was there. The best I can say for this place is that the sheets were clean. 20 April 2015
