I had a bad experiencie with the sound that the elevator makes when it arrives to the floor. I was able to heard it from my room. Also, every time that the guest in front of my room closed his door, the sound was so loud that it woke me up.
I could not rest as I expected.

Stayed two nights with my husband and daughter. Rooms, bar etc were great. Only down side is the lifts, large hotel with 26 floors. Only four lifts in service whilst we were there.
Great location, and plenty access to tubes/cabs/buses.
Also a great gym.

Its a good property, very close to the tube and can accommodate quite a large crowd. Breakfast is really good with multiple options and tasty food. Staff are friendly and internet was fast ( chose the high speed option). Check in was smooth.
What would have been an ideal hotel stay was spoiled at the last min - check out was quite a pain, probably an intern or new staff took about 25 mins only for me and all I asked was an invoice in company name - surprised that none of the senior staff was actively helping despite me having to spend such a long time with this junior staff member who was doing all sorts of trial and error!

Very friendly staff at all times. Room was very clean and we had plenty of space. We were on the 26th floor which sounded daunting at first however we had no problem at all and had an excellent view of London!

Beds were comfortable but the pillows could have been a bit plumper as they were quite flat.
Sleep quality was good as there was little to none external noises from other parts of the hotel and outside traffic.
The staff were all friendly,helpful and most professional in their varying roles from the check in staff,,the Concierge and the dining room staff.
This hotel was good value for the rates charged.
The rooms were clean and it was nice to be able to open a window.

We planned to meet up with friends from Scotland and wanted a hotel within comfortable walking distance of the Albert Hall if the weather was fine, to attend the Mountbatten Festival of Music, and have certain facilities e.g. parking, restaurant, etc.The hotel met all of our requirements and enabled us to visit one or two other places, another theater on the following night (arranged by the concierge) a very pleasant walk around Hyde Park. Which coupled witu the very helpful and pleasant staff made for an enjoyable three days.

This is a very busy hotel and is usually well occupied but the staff are very efficient and friendly and cope very well. Breakfast is very busy at peak times but once again the staff are very good and keep things flowing without any stress the counters are replenished regularly. The tavern bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The car park is a bit cramped and although there may be a lot of spaces it is not possible to use some of them if the space next to it is already occupied.
I was disappointed when the restaurant did not know about my reservation for twelve people even though I had a confirmation email will. The staff member was very good and quickly organised the tables to cope with us and the meal was very enjoyable.

As regular visitors we had another enjoyable visit to this hotel. Once again recognised and welcomed back by Consortia & concierge staff.
We enjoy sitting in the coffee lounge area & watching the world go by!
Enrique on the concierge desk & the girl on Customer Relations especially helpful this visit.
Menu for Consortia seems to get smaller each visit & it would be nice if it was available in Executive Lounge.
Very disappointed there is still no disabled toilet convenient to the ground floor despite repeated observations over the years.
