Simply caught the subway from station only one block from hotel to go anywhere! Visited two Broadway shows, toured Metropolitan Museum of Art, numerous parks June 30, 2015

Plenty of space; would like to ship the bed home with me. This manager knows what she is doing. Also, the night manager at 1 am when we checked in was a true gentleman in every sense and 100% knowledgeable regarding the hotel. Will stay there next visit! June 26, 2015

Secondly dont block extra money from credit card as security because holding money is easy but returning back takes more time. THE POINT IS THAT THE POLICY OF CHARGING SHOULD BE TOLD TO CUSTOMER BEFORE TRAVEL IN CRYSTAL CLEAR MANNENRS BECAUSE MAY BE HE HAS TO KEEP SOME MONEY IN RESERVE FOR SHOPPING. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality mattress, attentive staff This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff very attentive. The room had everything we needed (including a microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer.) The mattresses are good quality and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of selections. The one downside to this hotel is the extremely slow elevator, resulting in long waits. June 18, 2015
