If we didn't have so many guests coming for our wedding we would have checked out immediately, but our guests wanted to stay where we were. The room was falling apart, we were given the wrong room type, we were not told ahead of time about the hotel being under construction.. We had problems with the hotel charging our credit card twice. Just non stop problems.I won't ever stay at this hotel again. 30 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff The hotel was under renovation. During our stay, the corridors were getting done, the parking lot was getting done. The staff kept their cool. They did not lack a bit in there service. Actually, the room and the common areas were very clean and the place was looking fresh under the circumstances. I will come back to experience the newly done renovations. 30 March 2015

New room furniture, new lobby and now they have redone the whole parking area. The staff has been always great. The service provided by the staff is always excellent. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by lousy service/superb breakfast server parking lot under construction without knowing about it when booking room for 5 nights. fridge not working and food spoiled. took two days to get fixed and no accounting for spoiled food, no apology for any of the above. no discount offered even though I have stayed here for several years. Didn't get room requested without any explanation. The breakfast server always happy and greeted me every morning. excellent individual! Worse stay I have experienced at this hotel with worse attitude by front office staff. You could tell they were unhappy about something. They were always placing a sign at the front desk showing they were returning soon. 26 March 2015
