The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable, the food is excellent, the ambiance of the hotel is contemporary and elegant, and the staff and service are impeccable. I was at the hotel with a large group, and they handled all of our requests with courtesy and ease, and were extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - highly recommend! Very clean and a great size ensuite , terrific shower great for the larger traveller who is sick of tiny showers and rooms. Well done and excellent stay was had by my whole family. June 11, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Blanchardstown The hotel itself was lovely but I was dissapointed at the booking service, I booked a twin room non smoking. When I got there I had a smoking double room . I was in town for business so I was staying with a colleague. I was told we are booked out that is all we have take it or leave it . I had no choice but to take it. The hotel was lovely very comfortable and clean . June 7, 2013

The slightest drawbacka were the lack of drawers for clothes and that the bathroom light could have been improved by being more powerful.What would have helped ( and I mentioned this to the reception manager,) would have been a light attached to the excellent shaving mirror. Set against everythinbg else, thesae drawbacks can be forgiven. \The breakfasts were brilliant. If I come to Ireland again and to Dublin in particular, I would be delighted to go back to this hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Housekeeping Check in experience was great, as was check out for that matter! I would recommend using the speedy check out service option though as sometimes it can be very busy as it is a big hotel! Bathroom was excellent, clean, nice towels etc, but only supplied quite poor shampoo (I was on a long haul trip from Australia) and no conditioner. This was quickly rectified by the housekeeper. Breakfast in the hotel was poor; tinned fruit, expresso coffee used in filter resulting in strong and unpleasant brew, and quite expensive. We tried cocktails and snacks in the bar later on in the evening; cocktails very weak, and snacks only average. Consequently we didn't feel game to try the restaurant for a meal! The menu looked a bit average so we didn't risk it! Note that Marks & Spencers is just across the road, also Dunnes. So there are plenty of food options! We were very happy with the stay though - two nights of relaxation with lots of shopping on hand. A quick bus ride into the heart of Dublin was also very handy. I would highly recommend the hotel for travellers and business. May 28, 2013
